For everyday health
I have been taking this supplement since it was sold by Shoko, then Circle Green. It is good to keep me healthy and feeling fresh everyday, including in cold and flu seasons.

Good product
My husband and I have been taking these for over 10 years now, albeit not ftom the same vendor. After about 6 months of using, my husband's annual allergy had gone practically away, leaving him with only about a few days of sneezing a year during allergy season. I don't have any condition, so not much change, aside from a better bowel movement and no more or very rare incident of colds. Regarding this vendor, no complaint whatsoever besides the fact that the price had jumped up almost double from when we first started the regiment. If that's not an object, it's worth it for one's overall health.
