The sweatshirt was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. We left to fly out of town on Christmas Eve. I ordered this two weeks prior, and it didn't make it in time for us to leave or bring with. Would have given 5 stars if it was shipped more timely, but she liked it nonetheless. It fit great and is described.

I ordered this Billie Eilish jacket for my little sister’s birthday, and the first one that came in looked awful right in the center of the print. I honestly have no idea how they looked at that and sent it; especially for the price. It was super disappointing because it arrived just two days before her birthday, so I had to exchange it, and the replacement didn’t show up until two days after. I will say the return and exchange process was easy, and the second one definitely looked better. But even the replacement has some weird white spots on the print that weren’t on the first one. The hoodie itself is just okay quality. It was a bit frustrating, but I’m glad I at least ended up with a somewhat better one and can gift it to her for Christmas.
