Into the Light with Hemi-Sync

I might need to try a second time, but I don't understand how guided meditation is supposed to work. I can either listen to the words or enter a meditation state, not both. If I try to listen to the words I get distracted and pay too much attention. If I try to allow my mind to do its own thing, the words distract me and take me out of a vibe. Maybe this will work eventually but I don't have the patience to keep trying over and over.

I've been collecting Hemi-Sync music dvd's. They all have music but this one doesn't. It has guided imagery. Obviously it's good for others but not at all what I wanted.

A very good way to meditate. Hemi-Sync is simply a must.

I have attended the Gateway program at The Monroe Institute. While there, I experienced altered states of consciousness and crossed over into the spiritual realm and met my grandfather. It was amazing and was one of the most profound experiences I have ever had during this sojourn. Unfortunately, despite using hemi-sync products continuously since returning home, I had struggled to reach any focus levels or experience anything profound until trying this product. The signals used in these programs brought about a much different experience than any Focus level I experienced while attending the Gateway program. I highly recommend this product and look forward to thoroughly exploring and experiencing all of the potential that these four exercises have to offer.Update: I used the product over the weekend again and I was able to cross over into the spiritual realm for the first time in four months. I awoke at 3:00 AM to use the restroom and decided to try the series out since it is generally considered much easier to enter these altered states of consciousness after completing two sleep cycles. Apparently, your body is already very relaxed and the mind chatter is silenced, thus allowing a much easier transition into the realm we are seeking. Well, to my surprise, I met with my grandmother and had a conversation with her. In addition, I had two out of body experiences using this series. This was a first for me. I can't recommend this product enough but will state that it didn't happen on the first try. Stick with it...This is something special.
