After few exchanges of emails and photos they replaced rusted parts. It is always appreciated when company keeps the word regarding warranty. Original review: It looks good when it's brand new. Then it rusts. My car is parked in the garage. It's dry and clean. I wash my car often in winter, so it's not the salt. Disappointed. I really liked the look and sturdiness of those steps.
