Brilliant for knees and back

As soon as I put this patch on I felt the pain in my knee ease which was impressive as it's been painful for a couple of weeks now & inconvenient. I am now able to move freer & walk with less pain. I did also buy a knee support but found that it was bulkier & restricted the flexing of the knee when walking so glad I came across these patches & they're herbal -happy days. As for the removal I have experienced no problem in peeling it off. They are quite large patches so for a smaller area you could cut them in half making them even more value for money. All in all a good buy that works for me. Thankyou.

I have used similar products to these before and these are no different. They are quite a small patch, but you could always use 2 if need be. The good thing about them is that they are flexible, as in, can go over shoulders, knees, elbows, a lot easier than some similar heat patches. They emit a soothing heat for up to and sometimes over 24 hrs, and help pain. Yes they are very sticky, but surely that is better than peeling off after 5 minutes. just peel it gently and it comes off. granted they are very cheap and some of them are better than others, in a pack of 3 you may get 1 that doesn't work at all, but they are good value, and i will keep getting them.

The patches were brilliant at pain relief and felt like I didnt even have a patch on my back. However when I tried to remove it when the 24 hours was over, it was really painful and sore.

A great help for a damaged lower back muscles and ligaments, Seems to work better after a while. Comes off in the the shower, but it does stick very well, so care is needed, don’t just pull it off like a plaster. Even left is on 36hrs, not recommended as it left a slight sore patch. Leave 48 hours, then reapply. Evening to overnight seems to give a little more relief for the following day.

I used this For my back & knee .And it really is just the Best Heat patch .Lasting pain relief.

I am disappointed in this product - it does not do what it is meant to. It is nothing more than a sticky bit of fabric and does nothing to relieve pain. I used a pain relief gel which worked well but then a friend recommended patches which she said you do not have to reapply as often as the gel. I bought these but they are useless. I do not know if they past their best before date as the packaging does not have a date on it. It has no smell although it supposedly contains menthol. I would avoid. Total waste of my money - back to using gel

I am awaiting a hip operation,I was experiencing constant pain, under Doctor directions was taking 8 strong painkillers daily, since using this product I have reduced the painkillers by half. Highly recommended.
