Right first time buying any cold storage crypto wallet, but in all honesty the two items I received are easy to use child’s play self intuitive. But seriously high level of security. The only down side I have is the screens being small so much so that with my bad eye sight makes it really difficult to read. So for myself I would love to see bigger screens on these, that’s not a negative thing with these units, just a major headache for people who don’t have exceptional vision. Would in all other aspects highly recommend.

While not at all challenging to use and to transfer coins onto there is a central problem with the solution this provides. You need to have a seed phrase - 24 words that cannot be stored electronically and therefore must be written down. While the tech itself may well be stable and secure the fact that its security becomes totally irrelevant if someone gets hold of your scrap of paper (or metal sheet or whatever) because they do not need the device to access your wallet and empty it! With just the seed phrase soneone else has complete access to your wealth.Add to the above that this package comes with two devices one to be the back up of the other with no explanation of why that might be a good thing or even how it might be achieved. Again with the seed phrase which is recognised on chain there is no real need for a physical back up it just means that you now have two devices to hide plus your piece(s) of paper.None of this is unique to the Ledger which is a well made thing but it is such a problem that absent a better solution I am not using mine at the moment.

It takes a second or two to work out how to use these, but overall it is simple enough. Great to know that your crypto is safe and accessible at any time. The Ledger Live apps have great analytics so you can track the value of your investments over time. Also the peace of mind knowing that you can still access your crypto even if you lose the Ledger itself is great. Just make sure you keep your phrase key in a separate and secure place

People who know what this is, know why it is important to get it delivered promptly. It got delivered in fast time. It’s a lot better than the older nano s I have. Performance is on par but more memory for apps. I still think they could have given it more memory.

Works great but when you find it doesn't support a particular chain and query if it is on the roadmap, you'll be greeted as I was with a 'rate our support' mail and nothing else beyond a shoulder shrug. Oh, and don't forget their data breach.

Instructions are clear and easy to follow, works on Linux as well as Windows, apps are easy to use, good quality overall.

Great for someone getting into crypto. It is secure, has a nice interface, and price is decent.
