Love this product. Goes forward and backwards. Has timer and different cycles and automatic mode. Set speed, time, distance etc. Very durable. Need to assembly the 2 base stands but simple, along with adding the peddles. Counter tells you calories, distance etc. One of the best I looked at and am very happy with it.

DO NOT BUY--POOR MANUFACTURING AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bad..so bad do not buy!! I ordered two of them for my employees to keep at work and get physical activity when at their desks. They were impossible to put the pedals on and within the second use BOTH of them lost one of the pedals and the screw was stripped so we were not able repair on our own. I reached out to the vendor 3 times and go the run around!! DO NOT BUY!

Broken too soon
I was excited when it arrived, it was very easy to assemble. Simply had to attach the pedals. It worked wonderfully for me for all of a week before the threading where the pedal screwed in was broken. Then the pedal continued to fall off every time I used it, each time giving nasty sharp curliques of metal until the pedal could no longer be reattached. This product was not worth the price paid for it, though it was fun while it lasted.

Great Product has one hitch
When the pedal falls all fine some gorilla glue or some liquid cement is easier to attach it back to the device. Should work.

Great!
I love this. I am able to work while the machine keeps my legs moving. The only downside is that I have to sit sort of far from my desk because my knees don't fit under it while the cycle is moving.

Excellent, affordable, and quiet
If you're expecting to get a huge gym workout, this isn't for you.If you would like a quiet, under-the-desk, inexpensive option to keep moving all day while doing your work at your desk, then this is for you.I work at a high tech company, in a cubicle environment, and have been very happy with this purchase. It burns calories all day, and does it part to keep me moving. If I want a sweaty, heart-pumping workout, I can go to the gym. But this is a great option to burn calories while stuck at my desk at work. Every little bit helps!

I am please with this product. I do wish it would go faster. I take it on trips so i can get some type of exercise.

bad choice
This bike has no resistance and was too easy. Assembly was ok but I was unable to get one of the pedals tight and now it wobbles and falls off. Not worth the money.
