Works like a charm! I had surgery years ago on my back and all the pain meds messed up my digestive system! I take two of these every night and in the morning I am able to go w no trouble. Added bonus it doesn’t give you volcanic diarrhea that propels you up into the air and off of the toilet, like the other laxatives do!

A++++ quality senna.
Always great quality senna. My loved one has severe GI issues and has to take 6 a day and have his colon flushed through a cecostomy. Without these he stays backed up. This brand is consistently good at an excellent price.
