Mic is really good, self noise is pretty loud but not noticeable when recording vocals, very clear and accurate, the zen interface didn’t work for my Mac, but I paired it with Antares Mic Mod and got a very satisfying result from it, very solid mic, the best one I’ve owned, just the minor inconveniences listed above.

I work in a very quiet room but still use an isolation transformer. For the capsule facing away from my VO talent, I flip the polarity. With this trick, my noise floor for audiobooks is on average probably somewhere between -67 and -70 dB RMS. This is substantially low and will be all but inaudible on I what I would estimate to be 90 - 95% of all consumer playback systems under average listening conditions (factoring in a normal volume level and all of the requisite background noise inherent to almost every consumer listening environment). I personally do not find it distracting even when listening on a high resolution system in a properly treated room. Antelope Audio has clearly invested significant engineering into this microphone. The modeling isn't a gimmick but a genuinely useful feature that provides real tonal variations. soit j'ai pas de Chance soit y'a un problème avec les produits commandé sur Amazon... Le micro avait déjà des soucis d'enregistrement au niveau de la puissance sonore... Je pensais que c'était normal... Puis depuis peu, soufflement...noise...les enregistrements sont inexploitable... Pour un micro à 900euros je suis vraiment déçue
