I LOVE this watch! I've had almost every Samsung Smart watch except the newest one but this one is my personal favorite! It's very subtle but so nice! I bought a different band for it and it's just too cute! When I turned the watch on it powered on in Spanish and didn't give me an option to switch the language to English. After updating it and syncing it to my phone it finally changed to English it was super weird 😅 I hope you don't have the same issue and if you do I can help you through it.Anyways, I hope you have a great day ^^

This is a great watch if you own a Samsung phone. Does everything I need it to do. It was easy to set up (I'm tech challenged) no problems there. It tracks my steps, sleep, heart rate, movement. I get texts, calls and can send those back too. Microphone is strong and easy to hear when speaking to someone. Battery life on second day is 30% before bed and I usually charge it then for the following day. Very happy!

I absolutely love this product it works just as described. The only thing I'm not happy with a charge last less and less time which in the end is going to make me upgrade to a better watch

The wife really loves the watch, bought it on Prime day for her birthday. She spent hours downloading all kinds of free watch faces and setting up the watch the way she likes. There are thousands of free watch faces, some really awesome ones. She setup her top 5 go-to swipes as: weather, call emergency contacts, calendar, find-my-phone, and heartrate. Its so easy to adjust settings and widgets. I have the samsung galaxy watch so I knew the Active 2 would be awesome.

Price was great for a used watch, No scratches on watch but battery only lasted from 6 am to 12 noon, then would die. Could not get a response from company on what to do. If I could have heard from them or gotten a battery I would have kept the watch.UPDATE - got on Youtube and found out how to reset the watch. Works much better. Never heard back from the company or Amazon on my request to contact them. Love what it is doing now...upgraded to 4 stars.

I got this since I needed a better watch and I was not disappointed with it. So happy I dished out the money for a new one since my last watch was not holding up very well and I love how the band goes under, giving it less chance to snag or lose the piece that holds it down but let's me know when I have a call or text when it's supposed to. I have a galaxy j3 so it still works for my phone which is nice but it also has some pretty neat features I plan to use soon. The texting feature is also pretty good too. If you need a reliable smart watch, don't settle for the other brands if you like more than just the tracking :D

the battery drained like crazy i had to turn everything off the aod, the regular checks, anything that used battery after that it would last through the day. i didn't expect it to be perfect as it is refurbished however this happened. The back started falling off and now it won't charge properly. evidently its a problem cause i googled it and found that amazon sales back replacements for this watch and tons of people are buying them and using them. but i've only had it a week. i am not happy at all.

This watch will not hold a charge for more than a day. Very frustrating.
