Vive Wrist Brace - Carpal Tunnel Hand Compression Support Wrap for Men

This brace helped me a lot with a sprained wrist that I just kept reinjuring. The double attachment and stretchy fabric allowed be to get a good fit, and the bend in the insert made it comfortable to wear for long periods. The insert is only on one side so isn't as restrictive but the wide shape was helpful when I wanted that extra support. The fabric is easy to wash and dries quickly. I also like the plastic/leather spot over the insert in the wrist/palm area when I had to push or hold things. The only mild criticism is that the velcro hook side attaches directly to the neoprene fabric and kind of tears it up over time, but it doesn't seem like it's going to wear out anytime soon.

I have been wearing these types of wrist braces for over 35 years because I am paralyzed from the neck down. They help keep my wrist straight and keeps my hand from flopping all around. They are comfortable and can be worn all day every day. No problems yet. I've had them for about 2 months now. Great!

I haven't been experiencing a lot of pain in my wrists, but every once in a while, they do ache. I spend most of the day on the computer either playing games like solitaire, doing jigsaw puzzles, looking at pictures and choosing which ones I like. That's a lot of clicking with the mouse. So, I decided to order a right and a left hand wrist brace to keep my wrists straight. I found the Vive wrist braces do exactly what I wanted them to do. They are simple to put on. Two negatives and these a minor. I find the velcro on the larger tab is hard to undo (for me) and I have to remove the brace to do certain activities.

The overall design is good since it wraps nicely, it will work for me since I have only soft tissue damage. Out of the package the thumb hole it too small and the metal splint is not centered to the palm of my hand but at the outer edge of my hand. I removed the metal splint since it was bothersome and then opened up the thumb hole to a comfortable size.. I have an averaged hand for a woman, this brace is geared for a man with skinny large hands.. Attached is a photo of my hand and the box photo as is advertised. I have adapted this brace to suit my situation but not too happy about having to adapt !!! FOLLOW UP INFO !!: In thinking this over I have opened up the thumb hole to the splint enclosure which allows the splint to conform to the palm and fit so much better at the thumb. I used a medicine vial as a template to round it off... I will not change my rating since the manufacturer should have quality tested itt before releasing it..

This brace has been very helpful managing my wrist tendinitis. It is well made and comfortable and the color blends well with my skin tone so it is much less noticeable.

I have carpal tunnel & my left wrist was acting up quite a bit. I work on a computer all day but was experiencing most my discomfort from sleeping. This really solved my problem. Whenever I get a flare up I wear it to bed & it prevents further discomfort. Sometimes I wear it for an hour or two during the day & my pain goes away completely. I am a tall woman & did have to cut the thumb hole bigger. The material is easy to cut with scissors if you need to trim it up. It is a little warm & makes my hand sweat but is easy to wash. I definitely recommend this especially for the price!!!

I have terrible terrible wrists! I had really ugly braces before that the physical therapist gave me. I was interested in buying a better looking one that wouldn't collect so much dirt. I bought this one thinking it would be perfect. The reason for the 4 stars is it arrived smelling SO strongly of chemicals. Even after 2 washes it still faintly smells like chemicals. Hopefully it will keep fading. I decided the use of the brace was more beneficial than the smell. Its flexible yet supportive and keeps me from reinjuring my wrist. I love that its dark. This means no stains or smudges of dirt. I love gardening and I need the brace on when I do that. My past beige braces were mud stained which made me not want to wear them in public. This is perfect for gardening as it doesn't show dirt. It also breathes well. I don't find my hand getting sweaty and gross inside like I do with some other braces. Id reccomend this for anyone looking for a brace.

This is a brilliant, sturdy yet comfortable wrist brace, put your thumb in the hole, wrap it into place then pull the velcro until it's at a comfortable position. Worth the money 💰
