Child to Cherish Ceramic Stitched Elephant Piggy Bank, Red

I purchased two banks for a baby gift, deciding to keep one on hand and gift the other (which was an American flag bank). This white porcelain bank would be great for either a girl or boy baby (and I've found that some parents are no longer wanting to know the sex of their baby in advance) and will fit in any room decor. I downgraded durability simply because it's a porcelain bank and therefore breakable if dropped. But it is a great value and a fun baby gift!

This looks like a quality product. The green color is lighter than what I saw on the computer but I was hoping that would be the case. This is going to look great in my son's nursery which is jungle themed with lots of yellow's and greens! Just what I was expecting!Please note, someone else commented that the back feet didn't have pads; this must have been a manufacturing error because all four feet of mine had the pads. Also, the description is a little misleading, saying that you can customize this bank but that's not the case. I was hoping there would be a card or something I could send in to request the letters that I could then apply myself later but this is not the case.

Good for a child or a kid at heart. I purchased a purple one for a friend who had fond memories of a stuffed purple elephant in her childhood. She was elated and loved it so much, I purchased one for my husband and myself to keep loose change. It is lovely. The red is gorgeous and it has some pretty detailing.

We got this for my daughters nursery which is elephant themed. I am very happy with the size of this bank, its big enough to hold quite a bit, but small enough to not be over whelming. I love that it has rubber pieces on the feet to keep it from sliding off her dresser. The coin slot is large enough to allow multiple coins to be added at the same time. I plan to customize this with her name, and it will be perfect. It is packed very well, I was nervous to open it, as the box was damaged, but there was no damage to the bank at all.

I actually bought this as a goof for the White Elephant gift giving we were having at the office Xmas party. I thought it was clever to give a white elephant. LOL. But it turned out to be a big hit and many people "stole" it from the others rather than taking a new unopened gift. And it ended up with a guy whose daughter is a huge elephant fan. So, everyone is happy.

Ceramic bank is beautiful purple with painting details to make it look like a stitched stuffed animal. My only reason I gave 4 is that it's not quite as large as I expected it to be. I wouldn't label it a "large" bank. It's more medium size

I was a little afraid that the bank would be damaged in the mail, but it wasn't. It was packaged VERY well. It's a large bank with a good sized slot for coins and bills. You should probably keep it out of reach of tiny hands though--it's not plastic and probably wouldn't hold up to being dropped on a tile floor! I'm keeping this on a tall bookcase until my son is old enough to be gentle with it!

Very nice bank, bought for grandaughter for Christmas

My daughter absolutely loved this! it's very durable (has been dropped a few times). It's a descent size and can fit a lot of coins!

For the price I paid I got no complaints. Sale price $10.
