When I tell you this was a lifesaver! Well I had a bad battery on my car and I had called my roadside assistance company and used up all of my service. So I decided to scour the internet to find a portable jump starter and here this was. It was highly recommended so I decided to get it and I'm not going to lie, The pricing made it easier decision to make. It took me a while to get the hang of it, But by the third try I was able to get my car on. This was totally my fault actually because I didn't realize that once you plug it in you're supposed to hurry up and start the engine but I waited too long. This helped me a whole lot to get my car running so that I can take care of my business and what I did was go straight to a car goods store and purchased a new battery. I have the attendant input my new battery for me and I was back rolling again without no problem. But I will always keep my portable jump starter device in my car with me just in case if anyone else needs assistance.

This little guy arrived at just the perfect time. The same day it arrived, my sister called me from the mall 2 miles away and said her battery was dead. She was alone and it was night and there was nobody else in the parking lot. I checked and the jump starter arrived half charged. No need to wait for AAA. I went, followed the directions and BAM! The car was on. Had to use it one more time the next day so my sister could go get a new battery. I love this little guy. Also, the power went out for my whole block recently & my phone was on 10%. Used this guy to charge my phone. I love it and keep it fully charged in my car just in case.

Great product have used it several times even started a chevy truck with a 454 ci not a problem used it to help people put in a jam.at work don't have to carry around heavy long cables store it in glove box or armrest. Ypu won't be disappointed it creates a peice of mind knowing its there if you ever need it if ypu drive a car you'll eventually need it . Awesome product. Don't leave home without it also makes a great affordable gift for you lived ones or friends.

Clamps suck. They Pop off if you look at the wrong, but once we got it to stay put it got the job done. Saved us a ton of money getting this instead of a service. Now we can also take this on trips in case our old car or someone else needs assistance.

I have 3 of these devices - 2 for the car and truck, and one for the tractor. This unit is effective for starting a dead or low battery on various vehicles including the Camaro SS. I had the charger sitting in my car for about 6 months before I needed it and when my battery died, I plugged this in and it started right up. The charge appears to last for extended periods and can be used multiple times before recharging. Highly recommend.

First time purchasing a jump pack. I didn't know what to look for or what to expect, but I saw this on sale and went for it.I was shocked by how easy it was to use, along with its effectiveness. I was working on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra that had power to radio, heat, and lights. One minute of this product clamped to the car's battery and it started no problem!!Another vehicle I was working on was a 2000 Ford Ranger, and that battery was completely dead. No lights, radio, or anything. The device sensed that the battery needed a jump, and you could hear a intermittent 'ticking' inside of the device. And again, to my surprise. . . First try and boom, the truck started!Overall I'm very impressed. I tried jumping the truck via jumper cable and another vehicle, but it must have just been so dead it didn't work. I would highly recommend!!

I tried it on an old battery that wouldn't hold a charge and was setting out in the weather on the ground for a year. The unit worked on it and spun the engine over fast! I discovered that you have to hurry and turn the ignition switch on after you hook it up because after maybe 15 seconds it will go into a disable mode and want do anything. Also I noticed that some commenters complained that it would not charge their phone. They probably didn't know to push the red button on the front to turn on the phone charger.

Not bulky. Easy to operate. Bought one for my son, myself and friend.
