Fantastic Seller - The product was easy to fit into my UK Size 8 trainers, very comfortable and my feet felt that the sole had been there from when I first bought the trainers - Seller enclosed a nice leaflet too to reassure their customer - Therefore, they get 100% quality in every part of my order.

In many ways I feel like making this both a 1star review and a 5star review. It is fantastic at what it does and in a short time massively helped my Achilles tendonitis. However, I've had to use contact adhesive to stick it to the inside of my shoe and fill in the gaps down the side with sealant.It makes no sense to me to make this product so narrow and limit it to size 10.5. I am a size 10.5 and this insole is both small on the length and the width. Admittedly we're talking skate shoe size shoes but why on earth would you limit this to narrow profile footwear & people below a certain shoe size when you've manufactured it in three different colours and depths? Is making people an inch taller more important than getting your product out to everybody that wants to buy it?So I've made do with my little bodge fixes, aligned the insole to the inside sides of my shoes and it is fantastic. Great support under the curve of the arch and the impact absorption on the heel is phenomenal. It's enabling me to longboard again, when I was thinking that I was having to quit for good. Please take this feedback on board and I hope to buy plenty more of your insoles in the future, if you do.

Bought these for 2 reasons like most do, joint pains (particularly my heels and sometimes my knees) and also thought why not be slightly taller.I’ve worn these for 2 days so far, the first day I did about 6k steps and did experience some slight pain in my feet and in my left knee with the insoles. 2nd day I did about 16k steps and did experience the same pain in my knee and feet for a few mins at first but it quickly went away as I didn’t experience any more pain after that. Generally speaking it has helped so far with joint pains as I haven’t experienced any or very little pain in my heels and only slight pain in my knees. Although, you should be wary of becoming adjusted to wearing thicker insoles might come with a bit of pain at first.On the height side of things if you’re buying these insoles only for height you should know they give about 1.5-1.7cm when wearing them, which may not seem like much but it’s definitely noticeable. I’m just under 5”11 or 179cm at midday and weight about 76kg/168 pounds/12 stone so just a heads up on that part. Also, I’ve noted a few questions on if they work with trainers and well I used airforces on the first 2 days of use and they fit pretty well. I’ve had to adjust my laces to be tighter so that heel doesn’t creep up when walking but other than that they’re a good fit with airforces.Positives:Comfortable and spongy insoles that are hard but not too hard to the point they’re uncomfortable.Helped with joint pains thus far.Height bonus of about 2cm, just under the 2.5cm that’s advertised.Negatives:Slight pain in feet on first day or so of use with insoles but adjusted but haven’t felt pain since.*Edit* Have used the insoles for 10 days now and the slight pain I got at first from wearing the insoles has completely disappeared. I’ve even played sports and have gone on some runs with them in and they feel absolutely fine.*Not really a negative but of course it doesn’t give exact height that’s advertised as after having weight put on the insoles it gives about half of the height advertised.

It fitted in my shoes perfectly but it was solid and made walking very difficult.

These feel like reasonable quality but the front is very narrow, much narrower than the worn-out insoles they were replacing and much narrower than the ones originally in the shoes.However, when the seller found out that they were not suitable for me, they contacted me regarding my order and helped to rectify the situation, including offering a discount on an alternative set.

Great product fits well but too hard for me, I read the soft part, they are not soft, if you are looking to gain height from these then they may well work

The insoles fit as advertised , this is my second pair for a different pair of shoes. They are comfortable to wear walking for hours . Can't really ask for more than that

Me gusto que no se deforman fácilmente y proporcionan una buena altura. Yo compré la de 3 cm.

Buen material, absorbente de golpes.. suave para el pie.
