Alex Rider: The Complete Missions 1-11

Amazing books and barely even a scratch on it. Have recommended to friends and family already whom are looking into this for their kid. Worth the £25 on prime day.

My kid (12) loved this series, he was delighted to get all packaged nicely.

Brought this book set for my 2 boys ages 10 and 12. Following the series on Amazon they wanted to get this book set. What's not to be happy about . Kids asking to read. I could not be happier. I once read a quote that said there are is no such thing as a person who does not like to read. Just people reading the wrong books. Never a more true statement. If they are engaged they will read.

Bought as a present for my Grandson and he loves them.

Read the first couple of books some years ago and thought they were good knockabout stuff. I binged on both Amazon tv series over a weekend and had to buy the books! I think Anthony Horowitz brings a depth of characterisation to Alex Rider which is remarkable. Considering these are aimed at kids the plots zip along there's plenty of violence and rather cool spy gadgets! The books are impressive covering a wide range of contemporary issues such as terrorism, globalization and human trafficking. They are descriptive and don't talk down to the reader. Two tiny issues with this box set: not all the books are available on Kindle which is a bit irritating; the last two books aren't included either (Hint - go on evil bay where you should be able to pick them up cheap). Word to Mr Horowitz, love your stuff mate but why've you missed off your screen writing and author credits for Robin of Sherwood!?! Some brilliant writing in those! Also I bet your place is stuffed full of designer stuff, no m and s shirts for you, all Jermain street and handmade shoes! You won't use a £200 laptop from Argos, it'll be the latest MacBook and iPhone 14! Great fun looking forward to many more adventures!
