UAC CO 10541AC A/C Compressor

The a/c compressor was delivered quickly and it came pre-oiled and was a perfect fit for my 2001 Honda Civic

100% perfect fit, but the a/c does not seem to be as effective as the OEM. But it does work and this compressor is a great value compared to OEM so my take is it was worth it!

this thing is a joke.i bought it last year and had it put on my civic and it broke a few months ago.

Needed ac compressor for 02 em2 right away. Although listed as compatible with my model. It's not necessarily a plug and play scenario. You will have to do some wire modding on the OEM factory wiring harness as it is a three wire connection deal. This one only comes as a single wire connector. However you can't really tell by the picture cause there is no zoom function. On this compressor you really don't have to cut off the connector off or anything serious other than just using a butt connector applied just a inch behind the compressor connector then routed to the harness connecting to the car.How will you know which wire to connect it too? Well, you just look for generally the thickest one of the bunch - blue/red wire which will probably be in the center of the OEM connector. The other two you will have to wire together. I didn't want to play the return/refund waiting game cause I need my car to run so I just did the wire mod which was fairly simple since this does state its universal. Besides, other local "zone" stores are charging triple the dollar amount of this type of compressor with only 3 mos warranty. The choice between the two speaks for itself.Pros: Comes with one year warranty. Will come with instructions on how to obtain warranty.Comes pre-filled with PAG oil. You just need to figure how much to remove.Very quiet. Too quite if you ask me. Almost like its not even running.Cons: Doesn't blow as hard as the OEM compressor but for this price it's well worth it.Single wire connector. Not necessarily a plug and go. This only applies only to 02 Civic em2's.You supply your own O-rings which you should go buy prior to r/r.Slight strong odor but eventually will disappear after a few runs of the ac.

I bought this for my Honda Civic with 205,000 miles on it. Brand new, this compressor was about the same price as one from a salvage yard and about $250 cheaper than a local new one. My mechanic installed it. So far, this has been working great!

Its almost a month now since I put in this compressor in my car . It's working good so far . For its price I have to give it 5 stars for doing what is expected from it . Hope it wil continue to work the way it is now.

This did not fit my honda ex civic02 the wiring harnes is not the same other wise I had no other issues maybe the could include a better pick of the wire In other pics to help the customer my car has a 3 wire this is only a single

Has not giving me no problems at all & the air it trows its cold as ice!! Recommend it for sure!!
