I am a regular buyer of these . They are really helpful when you are in a hurry and don’t have time to make coffee . They are easy to swallow . They give me a nice boost of energy . Overall not bad at all ! I like them but I feel like have started taking them more than I planned . I’d like yo use them for emergencies not but I’ve turned them into an everyday thing .

VERY strong, can make you fidgety, I recommend monitoring dosage strictly if you're using to work out, I use for warehouse work. Effective and wonderful value for money. Since you wont need your morning coffee when you have these. I recommend for those who need a quick start to their day, without the hassle of going to get/brewing your coffee this saves time and money!

As someone who has been taking pre workouts for over 14 years, I figured it was time to take a break or ultimately quit it completely. I was taking close 400mg of caffeine daily and would fee like crap after my workouts, probably due to all the stimulants that come with them. I would get anxiety or crash really hard after my workout. Enter these pills. I pop one and a half of these before my workout and I have had better workouts than when I was on the really strong pre workouts. No crash, no anxiety, no BS. On top of that, the price is unbeatable. Pre workouts were like $40 - $50 a month. This is now my go to pre workout and not going back.

They are making it difficult to return, so I'm going to share my experience. I have eliminated tea completely from my regime due to staining of teeth, so caffeine pills instead. I was aiming to land on a better price-to-quantity ratio product than what's available at the dollar store up the street. This product, unfortunately, was a misappropriation of my money. I consistently crash within an hour. Complete waste. With the dollar store generic, it works just fine, no crashing. I split either product in 1/4s and take it that way as I neither need nor want the full dosage. There's something up with this formulation. And it's a hell loop of trying to return. They have it set up to where you can't easily get a refund. I'd rather forego my refund and warn others to not buy this product. I have no dog in the fight other than to warn others. Edit: I'll leave the previous review in place. The entire pill needs to be taken. I purchased another supplement from a popular caffeine pill brand, same MG. The prolab is 'weaker' than the other one that says it's the same milligram. It does work when taken as a whole pill. It did not work when I split the pills into lower doses. The other brand(s) I use work when I split the pills into lower doses and take them throughout the day. This one needs to be taken one time all at once. While I wouldn't buy this brand again, I no longer feel it was a waste of money. It's inline for the price and brand. I took off one star for being weaker than other competitors at same milligram and another star for lack of transparency and follow up from customer service. There are better options but if you're in a pinch and want a quick budget solution, this is worth a purchase to see if it works with your chemistry.

I've used these for years. Am not much of a morning person and these are perfect to jumpstart myself in the mornings, or for an afternoon pick me up when the day is dragging. Perks me right up with clean smooth energy in about 15 minutes and lasts for several hours. (Round 4-6 I'd say.) Never gives me upset stomach or anything like that. I would advise however to not take more than one at a time. These are quite strong. It might depend on your caffeine tolerance, but I find one pill is perfect. I've made the mistake of taking more than one before and I was uncomfortably energetic and jittery lol. But one pill does the trick, and I've gotten consistent results from them for several years now. These are my number 1 go-to for quick and convenient caffeine on the go.
