The pulleys and hooks look to be plated well and the overall construction, while not industrial thickness, is not thin metal and looks like it will more than handle its rated load. The rope was a decent length which should be sufficient for most applications. The inclusion of two short slings is a nice touch and made securing the upper end of the b&t to two 2x4s easy. The addition of a pair of lightweight gloves was thoughtful… be sure to use gloves and avoid rope burns.
