In boosting my immune system, I use vitamin C on a daily basis. Nature’s Sunshine Vitamin C does the job for me. At the change of the seasons I usually get the sniffles, but after incorporating NS vitamin C, my sniffles aren’t as frequent. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t leave that bitterish, chalky aftertaste like some others do.

I take 5K of vitamin C a day with lots of water
I purchased it together with iodine - these are large in size and natural. I take 3 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Its important to drink lots of water - 3 litters a day. I also take pink salt in my water to help wash out everything iodine picks up. Thank you for a great product. Stay healthy.
