Review: re: work for me - these work really well for me to pay that much they had better, but my pharmacist takes them and told me they where good and I agree with her but you do have to take 3 Tablets per day which I am use to now and worth it. so far pure supplements all have worked very well for me. A: Annie thank you for your email with details.  This formula provides our Nutrient 950 without iron formula, enhanced with vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. Vitamin K1, phylloquinone, is the most common form of vitamin K and is found in plants and green vegetables. This formula also provides the most active and bioavailable forms of vitamin K2, menaquinone-7 (MK-7) and menaquinone-4 (MK-4). Studies indicate that vitamin K1 and MK-4 are primarily concentrated in the liver, while MK-7 concentrates in extra-hepatic tissues. Vitamin K2 encourages osteocalcin to bind to calcium and promote healthy bone mineralization. Vitamin K2, as MK-7, is especially important for maintaining healthy arterial calcium metabolism, supporting healthy vascular elasticity. Recent studies indicate that vitamin D also potentiates the activity of vitamin K, providing synergistic support for bone health and blood vessel function. This formula provides 1,000 i.u. vitamin D. **Q: Can men take these?**
A: Oh, I have never heard that they are considered "pre-natal".  I am taking them because they are a good, well-rounded multi vitamin that doesn't have turmeric in them, because I am sensitive to turmeric.  Also, because they don't have iron in them, (or so I believe), so they are OK for menopausal women and men, who don't lose blood monthly.  Personally, I don't see why a man couldn't take them.  I hope this helps.

these work really well for me to pay that much they had better, but my pharmacist takes them and told me they where good and I agree with her but you do have to take 3 Tablets per day which I am use to now and worth it. so far pure supplements all have worked very well for me. I will add I did not start with 3 so it took longer to see the difference, I just wanted to make sure they did not upset my stomach and they didn't I did feel more strength as well.

I have a double cabinet that is packed full of a litany of vitamins, minerals and herbals because I bought everything OTC under the sun to assist my body in overcoming my complaints (sluggish thyroid the first time then years later adrenal fatigue symptoms). It can really add up money-wise but if I had to start over tomorrow this would be number one in my cabinet in addition to carlson bison liver pills, Carlson cod liver oil and/or krill oil, and acerola vitamin c . Most other supplements I try to get directly from nutrient dense food (Garden of life raw meal replacement shakes and fresh green smoothies and quality eggs) and the liver and cod liver oil are actually food, just in handy supplement form. Even that might still seem excessive to people, but I have a history of IBS and nutritionally deficient food that I'm compensating for. I've been taking this for well over a year now and I had a healthy pregnancy and a healthy smart little cherub. I chose this multivitamin over the pre-natal vitamins I had before because the pre-natals made me queasy and constipated and frankly weren't as high quality. This is an incredible list of vitamins in very absorbable forms. I'm impressed with this product. The ingredients listed on the website for the 950 formulation are different than what's listed on the product bottle. I originally listed the website vitamin list but that included iron in the ingredients which is not present in this product.
