Volumizing Shampoo, 8.5 FL OZ

This shampoo (and the matching conditioner, Ken Paves You Are Beautiful Volumizing Conditioner) are perfect for my sensitive skin and did not aggravate the existing skin problems I have, allowing them to clear up in a few days. Typically I cannot buy the same type of shampoo/conditioner more than once, as my skin problems have me switching constantly. However, this will be the THIRD time I've purchased this and I am still very happy. My hair is smooth and incredibly soft after using it. I have long hair that gets oily rather easily; this product makes it easy to brush through and does not give my hair an oily look that other products have done. The scent is pleasant but a bit strong out of the bottle (produced by the essential oils used); it does not linger noticeably in the hair. It is not a floral or "sweet" scent like other hair products. Overall a great product.

love this shampoo and have been using it for years. If you like Aveada you'll like this - it is scented with essential oils and has a similar smell minus the mint. Lovely. I use the entire line. It makes my hair feel really good, I don't break out from it, and its is free from all the crud I dont like - except silicon. My hair color lasts forever with this shampoo even though its volumizing.I give it one less star because I didnt realize it had silicon in it until recently.

Basically I like the smell of the shampoo. I have problems with a lot of the smells from hair products and perfumes so when I find something I can tolerate, I stick with it. It does a good job with my hair too.

Product pours out like water. Beware. Other than that it still lathers and smells like a mellow Aveda product. Was this discontinued and they're just trying to move what's left? Seem as such.

I never sent it back because it was cheap shampoo anyway, I just threw it in the garbage.

Ken Paves products mean quality haircare! I usually use another style of product, but Amazon was out - so I tried this and was not disappointed. I have colored hair and these products are gentle - the conditioners especially do a great job getting the tangles out without weighing my hair down. I keep going back - even though the brand is not the easiest to find.

This stuff works! The volumizing whip, however, is a bit greasy; but the shampoo is the bomb!

I have extremely fine wavy hair, and finding the right shampoo for me is really problematic. If that was not enough, I have sensitive scalp, and with almost all off-the-shelf shampoos my hair starts to fall out after the first wash. So I am usually happy if the shampoo doesn't make it worse. I tried this shampoo together with Ken Paves You Are Beautiful Volumizing Conditioner and leave-in spray, and I love it.After washing my hair and applying the spray, I usually let my hair dry a bit on their own, and help it a bit with a hair dryer for some 5 minutes with low heat. I do not use any brush, (I use comb right after washing, and then lift up from the roots with fingers while applying the spray, after that I let it dry as it is). First of all, this series makes the waves look healthy and bouncy. One might want to add maybe a bit of some cream for curls to the tips of the hair, but at the roots I get a very nice raise of the hair. What is particularly impressive for me, the next day it looks just as good. I usually wash my hair every other day, but already in the second day my hair lies flat, and I need to use hair dryer and a brush to lift it up at least in front a bit. But with this product I don't need a hair dryer anymore. My hair still has same volume at the roots the next day.. and the day after.I am looking forward to see how this will work in the summer, but for now I will stick to this series. I really recommend it.
