The Expositor's Study Bible - Giant Print

Very good item very informative n useful

This Bible comes packed with the WOW factor. So so pleased I got it, even if it came all the way from America. Arrived super fast actually.I am so enjoying all the in text notes, and they've certainly confirmed things for me, or indeed explained them.They also use Scripture to point to Scripture so that's always reassuring when it comes to scholars providing their in text notes.Would certainly recommend; more than worth the £70 I bought the Bonded Leather version for.Have not been able to put it down since it arrived lol

Very good bible to study in the word worth the wait.

I cannot recommend this bible too highly. The study notes, embedded in the text mean that you do not have to leave the page to delve deeper. Also the links to related parts of the bible and prophecy are invaluable. Unique and outstanding, Jimmy Swaggart has delivered into our hands a tool that will greatly help your understanding of the word, and it's central theme from Genesis to Revelation, of Jesus and Him crucified. The cross for justification AND sanctification...a message largely lost in the modern church.

This is the best study bible i have ever read, the notes are plain and simple and make it easy to understand and is right there for every verse, having this bible on kindle makes it so convenient, easy to carry where ever you go.I encourage everyone to get this bible you will be glad you did. I know brother Swaggart could not wrote these notes unless the Lord inspired him to do so.

I have learnt much from this KJV bible with Jimmy Swaggarts notes after and in between each verse. I always found the bible difficult to understand and believed I was missing out, I was right.It is a great study bible and the research must have been an incredible undertaking for Jimmy, its authentic and very helpful as you read through over time and study this version.Also its great to have on kindle as where I go this goes, so i can dip in whenever I have a spare moment. I would add I have been studying this bible for over a year and trust this version as it is the message of the cross

Came Early, I love the Expositional content next to the verse in question. I would have given 5 stars but when I originally ordered the book one of the things I needed was GIANT PRINT, however I would say it was only large and that would depend on which Bible you compared. it too. The main reason for keeping it is the style of content, so I will read it with a magnifyer.

I have it in print as well as electronic, A GREAT BLESSING AND ENRICHMENT AND STRENGTH TO MY WALK WITH JESUS CHRIST. this is a fantastic study bible. It is through, and detailed. My mother LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it.! She has been so excited and is unable to put this bible down. I highly recommend this bible to anyone looking for a more clearer understanding of the Word of God. Blessings

THE EXPOSITOR'S STUDY BIBLE (ESB)IS ONE OF A KIND!!I've been wanting to write this review for some time now. I believe this Bible has been anointed and set apart from all others by the Holy Spirit! There are a number of good Study Bibles out there and I have copies of most of them but this one is different. The study notes are embedded in the Scriptural text in brackets with italic red print. No more searching all over the place trying to find the notes! The Scriptural text itself is printed in bold black print making it easy to read the Scriptures without the notes when desired. The notes are more interpretation/application oriented although they do offer some technical and cultural information. They focus on Jesus Christ and the Cross from Genesis to Revelation...as John 5:39 says they should. Although they come from a Pentecostal perspective, they are completely evangelical and suitable for all believers. The primary annotator is Jimmy Swaggart which may cause some people concern due to his publicly exposed sins of the 1980's which he has repented of. However, for those who find this a stumbling block, you might have trouble with the book of Psalms in any Bible due to David's sin with Bathsheba! I would rather judge the ESB on its own merit. The ESB uses a mildly updated King James Version which is a literal, powerful translation. It's notes are illuminating and frankly, it is hard to put this Bible down!Regarding the physical features of the ESB, I have the Cromwell Bonded Leather edition and I have recently ordered the Genuine Leather edition through Amazon.com. These and other editions are also available at Jimmy Swaggart's website for very reasonable prices-[...]. I have ordered a number of these through [...] and given them away as gifts. All leather editions have a Smythsewn binding which is much more durable than most Bibles on the market. Additionally, as mentioned above, the Scriptural text is printed in bold black print and the notes in bold red print. This print is darker and clearer than any Bible I have seen! The paper is a quality clean white color and can even handle being marked with a highlighter without bleedthrough. This is the best printed Bible I have come across and I find it amazing that all the big Bible publishers are not even close to this type of quality product.I should add that the ESB includes a concordance and some helpful articles at the back including an article entitled "Introducing the Bible". I've given this Bible 5 stars because it's the best quality, most illuminating Bible I have seen!Read it because the Scriptures are "able to make you wise unto Salvation through Faith which is in Christ Jesus" 2 Timothy 3:15

Great for study

This is the best Bible Study guide there is. Every verse is explained as one reads. It is such a wonderful help when you don't understand the verses you are reading. All verses and scripture are in this KJV, It also means that nothing is left out or interpreted wrong.

This bible is just what I wanted. The print is large and my Mom can see it and Brother Swaggart's explanation of the bible helps so much with his references and teachings.
