My heels were really chapped. I could feel the difference the next morning. It took a couple days for my heels to be smooth. Definitely recommend. I will be buying these again especially Since summer is almost here and I wear sandals everyday.

I bought these a replacement and still love them. My feet get very warm in them and sometimes I remove them at night, but also great if your feet get cold at night too. I wear these a few times a week. I would buy them again.

Wearing them renews my dry feet and they are comfortable during the night. Very effective even on the first use.

Great quality and good for what I needed it to do. I stand on my feet a lot and this makes the next day go from a 3 to 8 after wearing it overnight. That being said for a health foot-wear company they should give better sizes than large and regular. My feet are too big for the large even after adjusting

Great! I apply magnesium salve to my feet and put on the socks. I sleep like a baby and wake up with the perfectly hydrated feet! Double whammy!

I should have listened to the comments that they were too small. That is a lot of money for something I can’t get over my heel. Unless you have extremely small feet these are not a good thing. Maybe I’ll try to return then since they haven’t been worn even once.

if you have a size 10 or bigger wide foot, then you can't get your feet through the holes
