Product received in very good condition. Cartridges are easy to load. Fantastic that I can be seated across the room and print something without having to get up.

advertised to work with windows 8. Only reason this particular printer was purchased. you can update the drivers to make this work with windows 8 but thats not the point. you can update any printer to work with windows 8 just about. purchased this due to we thought we could avoid any extra work. Printer lid is flimsy as is the paper tray. sent back Buy Elsewhere.

Excellent, no problems

This is the best HP product I have ever seen! It is perfect for people like me that live in apartments and have a limited space for a printer...the printed page prints right above the blank paper and the HP Deskjet never leaves a mark or bend in the paper to show it has been bent while it was printing....Perfect!!!! It also was extremely easy to set up and it works every time! I love it!Wendy

worst printer i have ever purchased, i swear by HP, have purchased several of their printers for office/ home use.This model is the first HP printer i have ever been displeased with.Nearly every time i attempt to print something, there is a jam; It is incredibly frustrating.avoid this printer...

Purchased for all-in-one aspect. Would not recommend this product to anyone. Have experienced innumerable paper jams. Little plastics shavings evident when paper is removed/unjammed. Has never printed properly since purchasing.
