Loose connection
The connection from battery pack to lights is not tight and tends to slip out and turn off if there is any movement. Battery pack connection also does not look waterproof to me, it just looks like a normal USB power bank connection, but I can't vouch for this as I haven't used it in heavy rain. The lights work fine otherwise and I like the rubber material and the other accessories. Going to try and glue the USB in as otherwise it does what I want.

Poorly made battery
Battery broke after 2 charges. Charging port snapped off inside of battery so useless now. Seemed like such a good light as well

Great product
I was a little unsure about this, I was going camping with my motorbike and wanted to save space. It turned out great, the light works as described and really well. Only slight downside is the drain on the battery pack, I got about 6 hours in total, about 3 nights. On the plus side it plugs into any other battery pack. I will be buying another one as they are so good.

Pretty but fiddly
The lights are pretty but the small is to short and the usb connection is fiddly and doesn’t fit all usb plugs.

A really useful, flexible and unusual but if camping kit. Very happy with it.

Terrible.
It's unfortunate that the lights stopped working after only three days of use, which is definitely not what one would expect from a product like this. What's even worse is that you sent the item back for a refund, and yet you have not received any response or reimbursement for your purchase. This is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's customer service. Overall, I would not recommend this product or this company based on your experience. It seems that the quality of the product is lacking and the customer service is unresponsive. It's always disappointing when a product doesn't meet our expectations, but it's even more frustrating when the company doesn't stand behind their product or treat their customers with respect.

The charger doesn’t charge
The Power Practical charge unit doesn’t charge up. Whilst I have contacted the company they advise me the warranty for the product is with Amazon and as a result I need to liaise with them concerning this!! :-(
