less plastic, much more convenient
I have been using these eggs for at least ten years. I am constantly reminded of how much more expensive it was to buy conventional laundry detergent to say nothing about heavy the jugs were. My clothes are clean and have no cloying fragrance. I do supplement with baking soda and oxy-clean on occasion, though------ something that I did with regular detergent, also.

Clean and soft laundry while helping the environment
I have used this product for the last 7 years. It’s amazing how soft and fresh my towels are (no fabric softener). But you can use fabric softener for other items while using your ECOEGG. BE CAREFUL not to discard the dark pellets when refreshing/replacing the white pellets. They are essential to the process.

I titled this as works great because I feel it does. I started using this years ago from another source and finally ran out. Found on Amazon and am using again. This does clean my clothes to my satisfaction.

Doesn’t remove smells from clothing

No plastic!
I bought the refill packets because I am very happy about the EcoEgg. My laundry comes clean and the smell is not overpowering. I purchased the starter Egg because I try to use less plastic possible, and I have to say I will never go back to the regular detergent. It also lasts longer than advertised.
