Worked, plug and play adapter!
Worked great! I have an old keyboard from the 90s/2000s that is PS/2. I was worried about finding adapters since reviews for most were not good. Thought I’d try this one and right out of the box it worked on a 2022 laptop as a normal keyboard. For reference the keyboard I was using it in was a Chicony KB-2961

Microsoft Natural Elite ps2 Keyboard
Using an older Microsoft Natural Elite keyboard on a new pc that wouldn't recognize it. A regular adapter(dongle?) would not work and once you get used to one of these keyboards, you don't want to switch back. This one did the trick and thank God! I'm so glad I bought this adapter.

Worked
This item successfully allowed me to integrate my wife's legacy keyboard into a new build with a modern motherboard that does not have a PS2 connection. She wanted to keep her old keyboard (back from when they were made heavy and solid with a real feel for the keys) with the new build I had assembled.

Used this product to connect a 1989 IBM Model M keyboard to a 2021 HP ENVY x360 laptop via USB
Likes: Showed up within 24hrs of order, priced well, worked reasonably well.Dislikes: For the first few hours of usage, when typing, occasionally would behave as if there were a stuck key, sort of like thisssssssssssssssssssss. Needed to be ready with the backspace key.Seems, too, to have difficultly generating a wake event to the laptop. I'm used to hitting the enter key to bring up the login screen, but the keyboard via this device doesn't appear to do this. However, the wireless mouse I'm also using does do this.Overall, I'm pretty happy being able to continue to use my Model M keyboard with this laptop, so well satisfied with the product.Update: got asked a question as to whether the product works with only one dongle connected. Answer: yes. See the picture for how I've got mine set up.

It works but I found out something interesting
I bought this to hook up a “large print” keyboard to my computer. It was a plug and play and has been working ever since. I don’t recall if I plugged it in when the computer was off or on. I would suggest plugging it in when the computer is off so that it will see it when it boots up.The “interesting” thing that happened was this, I was in settings and checked Bluetooth devices. I saw one listed as “bar code reader”. I thought that maybe this was some malware or something like that so I disconnected the device…after that nothing that I typed was showing up. I rebooted and the keyboard worked again and “bar code reader” was back on the list of connected devices. Weird IMO but, FYI.
