Reviews should be much higher! Solid 4.8
Great quality. Does exactly what it says. Very fun, easy to use. Ridiculously easy to set up and take down -- few seconds. Very lightweight. Net folds with robot, stays attached. Low reviews are being compared to $2000 robots. Robot is for beginner to mid-high level player. Absolute game changer for teaching first time players and improving mid level players! Bought for church youth, they are all learning & improving very very quickly with this. --Only real legit complaint I have seen in reviews....and I agree... ball frequency is too high on lowest setting. (This should be simple solution for manufacturer to fix. I solved by taping off one of the 3 plastic scoops that load balls). I'm trying to buy replacement ball loading fan so I can permanently modify, then change out as needed for speed changes.

Great Robot for Solo Practice, Even with Conversion (pool table topper) Tables
See the video above for an example of the robot in action for solo practice (oscillation set to 1, ball frequency set to 1, topspin at 3 and backspin at 2). Although it does take a bit of adjusting to get it the way you want the balls to hit the table (spins, speed, frequency, location), this machine works great for solo practice and working on various shots. Once it is set and adjusted, which takes a combination of manually adjusting the head up or down, and varying the topspin/backspin value, it can provide virtually unlimited practice because of the capture net and constant cycling of the balls. The manufacturer is very helpful with any issues that arise, but so far, this machine has worked great for me. The review titled “Very Disappointing” needs to either adjust the topspin/backspin numbers, or adjust the head higher. At a topspin of 1 and backspin of 0, the wheels don’t spin fast enough. I’ve found 3/2 to be the slowest, or 2/1 if you adjust the head much higher than that video shows. As for clearance on a conversion table topper, note that you will need about 6.5 inches of space between the ping pong table and the pool table it sits on to accommodate the robot. It works fine on my 8-foot pool table, although it’s slightly off-center so there is more clearance on the robot side than the side I’m standing on. Overall, I feel this is a great value for the price and highly recommend it.

I wish I had known about this machine sooner!
Awesome!!! I’ve been playing table tennis since I was a kid and I have always wanted a ball machine. I didn’t realize until now at 48 years old that there was an affordable option that would do exactly what I wanted. Set up was easy, maybe 30 minutes taking my time. It takes a little bit of adjusting the angle and figuring out the spin and speed controls, but it’s pretty simple once you figure it out. Not only is this great for practicing actual play, but it is also great for practicing serves. I’ve always had plenty of balls and wanted to practice serves, but who wants to go around chasing balls on the ground after hitting all of the balls. Serving the balls and having them catch in the net is perfect! I’m was only able to attach one video, so I chose the video with one of the faster speed settings. I think all speed settings are ideal for practice. The slowest speed gives you time to concentrate on your technique as there is some time between ball delivery, where the faster speeds more closely simulate the ball coming back as if someone were returning the ball back to you. For those that have posted low reviews saying it isn’t working properly, I believe you just need to adjust the speed and spin settings. Each time you adjust the ball shooter up and down, you will need to find the right speed and spin settings to make it work properly at that angle. I’ve already gotten my monies worth in just 3 weeks of using it. Looking forward to playing an actual person to see how much worse I can beat them than before 🤣. Highly recommend!

Great Value first robot
I've been using this robot for about 2 months almost every day. Here is the bottom line on this unit. 1. The instructions and manual and how to use - yes it's difficult due to language barrier. The manufacturer is on here answering questions constantly so they are engaged and want to help. 2. You need to do some experimentation on the settings. It's not the end of the world. LOL. 3. This machine feeds balls for as long as you can last and it seems very consistent. 4. It's not an Amicus $2000.00+ model, but if you need to drill specific shots this will do it all day long. 5. This machine for 400.00 seems very useful for grooving strokes, and understanding spins and countering those spins. Very helpful. Overall, for what it is, this seems like a nice workhorse that needs some slight tinkering to get you the ball you want to drill on, but it will do it and do it well. I absolutely love this thing. I use for grooving shots. I find it incredibly useful for say, hitting me an attackable underspin shot I can loop on for 3rd ball attack for instance. You just have to set it up and know what you are trying to achieve. Want to work on your push? Hundreds of reps and you will be pushing with ease. I'm sure I'll wear this thing out soon enough because I'm putting it through it's paces. I'm certain I can get replacement part from Suz since they seem to really support folks post-purchase.

Confidence booster
I read a lot of reviews on products like this one and about this one. I ultimately decided to buy this product. Of the things I read, difficulty setting up was more frequently read than other things. The other thing was frequency of balls being launched. I wanted to provide a legit review, so I decided to use this product for a little over one month before commenting. I love this product. The setup was very easy. I would say that anyone should be able to figure it out. It is almost like a plug-in-play item in its ease of setup and use. The frequency of balls is variable from slow to fast. The slowest is just fine and the fastest is great. I have used this product now 5 days a week for 45 minutes per session. The machine works perfectly. I love it. I think the thing I love the most is that I have improved my game drastically. When playing recreationally it is hit or miss when it comes to specific shots in game. I didn't realize just how weak my backhand was. I have been able to practice my form and backhand shots daily seeing a noticeable difference. I used to shy away from certain strokes of the paddle but now I feel confident on either side. I have been very pleased with this product, and I hope others will have the chance to enjoy this product as well.

Not working at all
The ball machine I bought has been sitting unused because I never had time to set it up. I recently installed it, but the balls came out very slowly and weakly. I first asked my son-in-law to help, but that didn’t work. Then I hired a handyman, and according to the manual, we replaced everything that should be replaced. The shots are a bit stronger than at first, but they still can’t make it over the net. Please help me debug this.
