Great knives, but the color fades quickly if you use the dishwasher. My red ones are more of a tan color now. Has no bearing on the knife itself, but if you care about the handle color don't put them in the dishwasher.

Discoloration after a week and now all of them fell apart as you can see in the photo, and I loved them until that happened not worth anything now can’t use anymore very cheap. Didn’t even last a year!!

These knives hold up well for general kitchen use. They are very sharp and work so much better than our old stainless steel knife set. Because the handle is straight where it meets the blade instead of slanted like other ceramic knives, they fit perfectly in our knife block. We will be replacing our stainless steel knives with these.
