Bought this because I had popcorn with garlic and onion powder and brewers yeast on it and it's DELICIOUS. This is perfectly powdered, tastes great and dusts the popcorn great. Happy purchase for the price and healthy snacks..win win

I used this brewers yeast for my chocolate chip lactation cookies. Maybe it's the brewers yeast, maybe it is all the vitamins and minerals, maybe it is the fact that I am actually eating something 😅, but my supply definitely jumps up when I make these. It doesn't have a bad taste at all. I don't notice it in my cookies, and I tried it in a shake with no issues on tasting it either. I tried a different brand (my husband bought by mistake) and it was not good at all. This is my go to for my lactation recipes.

It works okay but only because it's not the exact type that I need it. It can still be used. I actually use it for fermenting. The taste and quality is as expected. Lot of health benefits from being able to have fermented drinks on demand.

This is by far the best tasting brewers yeast I have come across! I use it to bake lactation cookies, put in smoothies, and my waffles! Texture and quality are outstanding. I will say it’s high in calorie so just watch the amount you’re using! Other than that I’ve really seen a difference in my milk supply!

The price is okay and I feel it does boost my milk supply when I eat it. 4 stars because the taste is pretty strong. Tried adding it to coffee to cut the taste but it would not stir in well. The only way I can stomach this is either in baked goods or adding it to oatmeal and topping it with my sugar free coffee flavor syrup.

Making lactation cookies for my dil and had a hard time finding this. Worked well, delivered quickly, safely sealed, and was the perfect addition to the cookies to help make all the milk!!

Great quality/value for your money/ I bought it for breast milk increase, I made cookies with it and I can attest that it works. Since I use for baking I didn’t taste a favor.

Drinking this in hopes of boosting my breastmilk supply, it tastes awful. Hope this works
