the taste s wonderful just by adding a few dry leaves indoor crew or pot roast.

Great flavor!
I bought these Indonesian bay leaves because I needed them to make Padang-style sapi rendang. I love the unique flavor that they impart, and even though I was unfamiliar with the product to start with, I was able to identify the flavor it imparted in my curry. Now I just have to make sapi rendang like 50 more times to use all the leaves I have!!

Wayang Indian Bay Leaves - Daun Salam
I don't understand why it was written Indian Bay Leaves, whereby daun salam is an indonesian original leaves, and very good besides for cooking also to stabilized your blood sugar.
