Interesting and Easy to Follow
This is a clear, straightforward guide to basic energy work and chakra balancing. I've had other people do energy work on me, but never quite understood the step by step. The illustrations were really helpful. I appreciated how easy the techniques were to understand and apply, both for myself and to practice on other people.

This book is a good way to learn about Chakras because it is clear and helpful. As a beginner, I liked how easy it was to understand. It surprised me to learn that Chakras are linked to the hormonal system. The pictures are a nice touch, and even though the subject is probably more complex than what is written here, this book is a good place to begin for people who are new to it.

Direct, practical and wonderful surprise.
simple and easy is a very accurate title. I downloaded this book a while ago and just started looking through it to clear off my kindle book shelf. I was shocked at how engrossing and helpful this was. I loved it. I honestly didn't know if I would gather much new information from reading yet another book on chakras. I was wrong. Rather than repeating most well known facts, remedies, ect. it gave a very thorough introduction to chakra balancing through spinning. new for me,and Im very excited. Also a very good way of describing the way we are made of energy. A great way of explaining and very down to earth. Encouraging, it made me believe anyone is capable of the technique. No one ever taught me this before. Thankyou!

As the book imply, chakra balancing is simple
I attended some QT class first know the feeling of the chakra being warm up, to do the tricks at the book, especially same as 5 minutes, I feel the feeling again, it come more fast and more simple. Thanks Micheal Hetherington for sharing his experience. Because my old technic rely on breathing, I take quite long time and also need focus and attention. This technic introduced in book, I feel more easy to achieve and therefore make me more actively to work out day by day. And I believe this will help up the chakras.

Excellent intro to Chakra's
This book starts off by explaining what a Chakra is. He puts it simply as an energy wheel that is connected to the nervous system and endocrine glands, and if not working correctly you can suffer from headaches, poor digestion, constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, brain fog, confusion, depression, poor circulation, joint problems, balance issues, behavioral problems, poor immune system, irritability, vision problems, anxiety, and aches & pains. Out of balance Chakra's cause all of these symptoms, and 'anything that brings you out of balance can affect the function of your chakras'. As in overuse, abuse, overactivity, overstimulation, over, over, over, and laziness too. He then gives you simple techniques to balancing your chakra's by making circles with your hands in front of them, shaking off your hand, and then circling the chakra's in the reverse motion. He gives pictures of where the 7 chakra's are, Base, Sacral, Solar plexus, heart, Throat, third eye, and Crown. He says you can do this on someone else in the same manner. Chakra's tend to flow upward, so start with the lower ones first and work your way up to the crown. He advises to do this at least twice a day for two weeks to get things moving in a better direction. He goes into what maladies each chakra deals with. This is very informative. He then goes into more advanced techniques using applied kinesiology. And other effective ways to balance chakras like going for walk, resting, relaxing, meditation

Needs some editing, but otherwise a handy resource.
I thought this was a great book. It's a bit short, but it succeeds in what it sets out to accomplish. My energies were all pretty hectic when I first picked it up, and this technique seems to be reining them in so far. I found the mention of a correlation between the chakras and the endocrine system particularly intriguing. This is the first I've heard of this theory (though admittedly I'm not very well read on the subject), and it makes sense when you consider the positioning of the chakras relative to the hormones produced in these areas. I love when people are able to make plausible links between the physical and metaphysical, and this one is certainly worthy of further exploration. I would probably have given this book five stars if not for the constant grammatical issues. I hate to knock a star off for something like this, but grammatical issues distract the reader and pull the mind away from the subject matter. On multiple occasions, the word `secret' was used in place of `secrete'. It could be argued that the various glands secret hormones into the body if you consider that this often happens without the person being aware of it, but I'm pretty sure `secrete' was the intended word here. Another amusing error was the use of `public bone' instead of `pubic bone'. In my experience, the pubic bone tends to be the least `public' of all the bones. Then again, your mileage may vary. There were several other grammatical issues as well, but the aforementioned were the most glaring.

This ebook is a very easy to understand book about Chakras and so helpful!
Recently I became interested in learning about Chakras. Well I read a few ebooks about Chakras and they were helpful. However I do understand this book unique excuse it is a very practical book. The author simplifies how the Chakras work and how they can become out of balance. Reasons this book was meaningful to me: 1 The section called Signs and Symptoms of Chakra Dysfunction. This is an eye opener. The best section in the book! 2 The section Bad Habits and How They Affect the Chakras...I had no idea how so easy habits could affect the Chakras. 3 The pictures of the exercises in the book. Very helpful.

Always an easy read and just the right amount of information to keep you motivated.
I love reading this guys books. They are simple to read, straight to the point and leave you to try out the exercises in your own time. Unlike some authors, this guy shares his obviously extensive knowledge in simple, bite size chunks. For me this is so useful and means if I want to learn more I can go search. But to be honest, Iโve found I have just the right amount of info from his books for my needs and never feel overloaded. I never feel like I โhaveโ to put the book down to digest. One thing I will say when reading his exercises (for example guidance on Chakra Balancing) is that Iโve always felt like I can (and should) use and trust my intuition rather than following a strict regime. The books allow you to follow any exercises or suggestions with just the right amount of self discipline required without making you feel guilty for not being more โregimentedโ; like some authors I have read unfortunately do. I recommend this author, just my opinion if youโre interested, but I certainly gain from reading him (and I often go back to rereading the books for a quick refresh). Thanks.

Nice short book.
Try it out yourself guys , it's written nicely and even have pictures to illustrate things. This book is not more into definition or explanation. This book focuses on doing , like a workshop on chakra .
