I started taking these a couple of months after we started trying for a baby. I love that these are in individual wrapped packets, because I could grab one and stick it in my purse, and not worry about carrying a big pill bottle or having smelly pills getting lost, dirty, or oxidized rolling around in my purse.I divided the pills up and could keep half in the packet: I took the two greens, choline, and one omega pill around lunch time, and took the white calcium and magnesium pills with one oil pill at night before bed. I did this because the magnesium relaxes me to the point of drowsiness, and taking two omega three pills at once makes me feel nauseated- it is not these specific pills, I just knew this about myself from taking Omega 3s and magnesium supplements alone previously, so decided to break up the pills in this way. Not sure if you need to take the whole pack at once; instructions just say to take one pack daily. There are benefits of some vitamins helping with the absorption of others, so, it is probably worth asking your OB or midwife or other medical professional. I had desirable results doing it this way...I noticed an uptick in energy after taking them, and had better workouts at the gym, to my surprise. Also much improved skin, nail and hair health. One month of taking them, and I got pregnant. I'm not saying it's definitely because of the vitamins, but, it is one of the only things I changed in my fairly regular health/fitness routine. The other is, I also took an additional vitamin D supplement because I discovered I was deficient.Since being pregnant, no nausea, no constipation, no neon pee, no problems. I plan to continue these, they've worked very well for me.

My babies thrived in my tummy while taking these. Helped me breastfeed both my babies beyond 2 years. I highly recommend. I do not recommend what metagenics replaced it with. Plus one prenatal is awful. Metagenics, please bring back Pregnancy Wellness Essentials

I love these pills because it gives you exactly what you need for a healthy baby/body. Seven pills is a lot and the green and the white do taste awful however it's worth it for the nutritional benefits. It works best for me to always always take after a meal and split it up half around lunch and half at dinner so I'm not taking it all at once. I also sometimes take half with dinner and the other half right before bed without any issues. I felt a little off (probably because there are so many nutrients) taking it at once. High quality and worth the $$!

I'm 39 years old and I've had thin weak nails as long as I can remember, despite always taking vitamins. I didn't find these until after baby but after a couple months of taking these (post partum) I have long thick hard nails and I feel a lot better than I have after having my other babies.

I took these pills throughout my entire pregnancy and it worked out great for me! I had hyperemesis gravidarum during my first trimester, so my advice to you who had it rough in the first few months of pregnancy but still needed to take prenatals would be taking them right before bed with a full glass of water. Also wait a couple of minutes before laying flat. I’m done with my pregnancy and I’m still taking these, because they are so great! My skin, nails and hair look great and I always had troubled skin! You will definitely have that “glow” that everybody talks about. Super recommend!

used these through pregnancy because every other prenatal vitamin upset my stomach or just didn't seem to be effective. shocked was around many sick people as I was pregnant in the winter and never got sick which usually I seem to pick up everything. planning on staying on these after I give birth thru post pardum and breastfeeding. highly recommend. easy on stomach and effective mechanism of action. great product and worth the price.

I used to buy these in my chiro office for a lot more money than i found them on here, and may i just say, worth every penny. i gave birth to a 4.5 pound baby who was NEVER NICU'd! I had a two vessel umbilical cord and my amniotic fluid was dangerously low at the end. i was induced 4 weeks early because my baby stopped growing (still had natural birth BTW) and she was classified as IGR (growth restricted). we were told any baby under 5lbs had to be NICU'd and we specifically gave birth in a hospital that didn't have a nursery (your baby stays with you at all times in your room)...so we prepared ourselves for her to be taken at birth. they took her and gave her right back. they said she may have been small but was so rock solid that there was no reason to separate us. her health was impeccable for being depleted of virtually all resources in the womb. she was a total rock star and still is today. these vitamins worked wonders for my baby girl even when faced with crazy odds!

I love this product but don’t recommend purchasing here. I received expired product that I am told was not returnable and to reach out to the manufacturer. I reached out to metagenics and was told that I would hear from a customer representative in 3-5 days. Honestly - with the customer service from both Amazon and metagenics I might switch all together. Definitely don’t want to go through this hassle again if I receive faulty product in the future.Edited to add after several messages metagenics never responded. Stay away!
