Because it doesn't come all ready and connected, you have to connect everything on your own which was a bit difficult for me to do. Also, having it attach to the guitar cleanly and correctly was kind of frustrating for me because their were know instructions for that part. However, after finally figuring everything out and using it a couple times I've realized that it works really great at holding my phone while learning songs. Despite some of the initial frustrations, I would definitely recommend this product!!

The idea of this product is great, and I had very high expectations for this product. My issue is that the suction cup doesn't work. Which makes this product basically useless. I know that I am putting it together correctly (even though the instructions suck) and I have tried it on multiple guitars just to be sure. The suction cup stays put for a second, but once you start to move it falls off. This is a problem because you cannot play guitar without the guitar moving. Phones are very expensive these days and if i had not had a protective case on my phone, it would have broke because of this product.I am giving it 2 stars because I like the idea but I do not like the design. Also, I am aware that not every product turns out exactly the same, so this product may have been defective. I can not find a way to contact the seller. It just isn't an option on this page. I would love to get a hold of the seller to sort this out so if you see this please email me. Thank you.P.S. I got this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. It is pretty embarrassing giving someone a present that does not work.
