Perfect replacement
I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I lost the original dongle for my Arteck keyboard and this replacement was a lifesaver. Good value and works.
Comes safely packages in a little cardboard box. I had to look up the instructions: Press the ESC and "K" key together until the light flashes and then it will connect with the receiver. It worked exactly as the instructions said online and connects with my PC. Have glued a ribbon to the end of the receiver so I can recognize it as this is for a keyboard I travel with. Good value and works.

Great replacement
I was glad to know I could replace the dongle because I was about to toss out the whole keyboard. Now I am back in business. It connected quickly. No issues at all.

NOT WORKING - Just Junk; Don't waste your $$$
Arteck - This is just GARBAGE! I love your keyboards and mice, but this Nano USB reciver is neither universal nor working at all! (1) I had to online search for the manual which should have been sent with the receiver! (2) But even after painstakingly following the instruction, neither your own mouse nor the keyboard will connect, despite the fact that none of them is in the exclusion list! Shame on you - You have to do better than that! Summary: Don't buy this mediocre non-functional product!

the item arrived in good condition. It however did not work with my keyboard. Arteck however fully replaced my faulty keyboard for no cost! Support staff was excellent 🤘🏻

Product worked as expected
I left the original dongle in a hotel, so I was very pleased how easy it was to pair this to my keyboard and mouse!

Press Esc+k or Esc+Q. Within 5cm distance
At first it didn't work. I sent them a message. They replied within few hours and gave me this instructions: 1. Unplug the USB receiver. 2. Switch the keyboard on, press Esc+k, the indicator will be blinking. (If not, please press Esc+Q to try again.) 3. When the indicator is blinking, move the keyboard close to the USB port of your computer within 5 cm, and insert the USB receiver. Please finish the step in 5 seconds. I would suggest that you'd better use the USB port on right hand side of your computer.
