Product quality and electronic parts used is good.PSU has a 40mm x 10mm ventilation fan and good quality PWM electronics and robust transformer.Build quality is good, price at INR 1,700 - INR 1,800 is too high, mind you GST is only 5% on power supplies.Seller takes .. Ready product 36v 2a Li-Ion Charger manufactured in Jun' 2020 .. 11 days to dispatch and 5 days (16 days in total) to deliver to Mumbai. Is some kind off mad and arrogant support team.Rating is for product quality the overall experience with support team and the product price.Some parts of Electric Cycles kits are good quality however they are expensive. After sales or support is nice on phone but when it comes to actuals is crippled due to their dependency on Chinese imports.Overall, 3 stars, putting the good and bad together.Not as trustworthy as before.

Good product.
I use it to charge 36v 12ah lithium ion battery. It takes around 4hours to complete the full charge from zero.
