I have an iPad with an apple case and smart case, and when I put it in my purse, sometimes the case slides off. Well this case is made with the case and cover in one piece (like a book, and the magnetic cover stays in plays as it puts the iPad mini to sleep. What a deal for this cover. It fits the retina mini PERFECTLY! This is a great product and I highly recommend it. Review: Flimsy and not worth the money. - I liked the magnet feature but the case was flimsy. When I tried to tilt it up like it showed in the picture it wouldn't stay. I was very disappointed in this case.

Flimsy and not worth the money.
I liked the magnet feature but the case was flimsy. When I tried to tilt it up like it showed in the picture it wouldn't stay. I was very disappointed in this case.

Great case for a fraction of Apple's price
Bought this and another case at the apple store at the same time because this one was cuter and more unique (with the chevron pattern) and cheaper price-wise. I carry it in my purse every day and it is showing no signs of wear. Love it so much I returned the other case to Apple. It offers good protection while still being light and highly functional.

Great looking slim case, fits the ipad mini perfectly... Kind of has a soft touch back, standard smart cover feel to the front. No issues with the cover lying flat, solid product!
