This toy arrived quickly and in perfect conditions. It is very easy to assemble and works nicely. The only problem is my cat has not played with it yet...she keeps staring at it, unsure of what’s going on. I’m hoping she will because is a clever toy.Because my cat has not touched it yet I can’t comment in durability but it doesn’t look flimsy.

My kitten got stuck in the string. I’m so glad I was there. She got her tail caught. I don’t know how she had done it. She fell off her cat stand and landed on my tile floor. She was very distressed I had to untangle her. The item seemed to stop working and I’ve set it back. Please please do not leave the room while your kitten plays with this toy. She is a very active cat and very mischievous. She could have got it round her neck. I am very distressed about this toy and plan to phone Amazon.

I have an indoor cat, and bought this toy to keep him entertained - and I'm glad I did! He absolutely loves it! Delivery was extremely quick, and I would happily buy from this seller again.

I have spent half an hour this morning trying to unscrew the top of this toy to get the batteries in and it isn't budging at all. The screws are tiny and the screw driver provided doesn't grip. I'm close to throwing it just to get the top to come off. If there is any advice before I return it, it would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Very good and do entertained out cats for a long period of time

It’s built ok but only works for about 2-3mins before stopping, then you have to start it again. It’s getting sent back ASAP. The 2nd rubbish cat toy in as many days.
