This lighter is amazing. The flame is so cool looking and lights a cigar in seconds. The red flame take about 3 seconds to develop, and its worth waiting for. Absolutely everyone that borrowed this lighter at the last cigar event I was at said it was the best lighter they had ever seen or used. There were a few reviews on here in which people could not get theirs to light. I highly suspect that they did not fill their new lighter with butane. Due to regulations, they can't send lighters pre-filled with butane, so you need to do that before you use this thing. It was really easy to fill, and it worked well. This thing is just awesome.

LOVE that this lighter gives off a pink flame. It takes several seconds of preheating to get to that point, but it's really neat to see. The torch flame is also very hot and can get to be quite tall.One really nice feature (in my opinion) is that there is a window on the front of the torch where you can see exactly how much butane is currently in it, so you'll know exactly when it needs to be refilled.Worked great on 4th of July for adults & kids alike for lighting off fireworks.

I bought this lighter and was very impressed when I received it. Not too bulky, but not small. The flame is awesome and pink. I don’t smoke or use the lighter often, so the small fuel tank was not too annoying. But the tank is small so it may get annoying if used a lot.

Recommend torch and company

Doesn't work, no matter how much I fill with butane (which was a pain in the ass), and when it does, isn't pink, nor enough to light a cigar.

Nice looking lighter and worked great for about a month then just stopped lighting. Turned it from the lowest setting to the highest and still nothing.The biggest negative for me is the super small fuel tank. Have to fill it nearly every day or al least every other day.

Given as a gift. Didn’t have any complaints about it.

No funciona

The media could not be loaded. Compre inicialmente un encendedor, me funciono bien solo un par de semanas, por decidía no realice la devolución, sin embargo a más de 1 mes y medio de la compra me contacté con su servicio de atención a clientes, solo me pidieron un vídeo de la falla del encendedor, me dieron opciónes para tratar de solucionarlo al no funcionar estás sin pedir mucha más información me enviaron uno nuevo, el cual parece venir totalmente funcional y el primer caso haber Sido un caso aislado, en lo personal el seguimiento y la atención a clientes me dejó muy satisfecho.Hablando del encendedor en si se siente de muy buen calidad y materiales, solo quizá lo que podría mejorarse es que la llama es muy alta aún en su punto más bajo.

Lo compré para regalo y le encantó; muy útil y su flama roja lo hace muy atractivo y elegante

No es muy bueno la verdad, funciono bien por una semana y ahora tienes que apretarle cómo 5 veces para que encienda, y aveces se apaga de la nadaNo lo volvería a comprar

Actualización: el problema era el gas. Procuren un gas de buena calidad. El encendedor si consume mucho gas de todas maneras. Pero si funciona bienAl parecer dos de los 4 canales no funcionan en lo absoluto y los otros dos rara ocasión logran encender la llama. Intenté todos los tutoriales en internet para arreglarlo, pero ninguno funcionó. Además consume mucho gas
