I use these mostly for two purposes, to pipe peanut butter on to mouse traps and to measure nutrient additive for plants. The scale marked on the syringe is quite hard wearing and very clear to read. I gave one to a friend who rescued a hedgehog, she said it was perfect for feeding the little fella. I've included a photo so one can see the actual size, hope this is helpful.

Perfect I got these to try the drip watering method for cactus. It’s going well. Also I’ve used one to suck cactus splinters out now this surprising was great ( very happy) i would happily buy these again

Wanted these so I could take a measured amount (55ml) of additive to filling station before filling up (I find the measuring cap on the additive awkward and inaccurate). They clearly show caps for the syringes in the pics, and they are referred to in the description and feedback. The ones I received had no caps. I opened one of them to check that it hadn't been tucked into or moulded into the plunger - it hadn't. Otherwise they would have been fine, but for my applications the cap is essential, so had to send them back.

Ordered it for splitting capsules in water because I have my reasons and it works OK. Handy little cap too as I need to carry the rest of liquid to take later and with the cap on, it doesn't spill.
