This burner hit the ground running. After years-long problems with a failing large burner, I caved and bought this one, which offered a perfect fit and design. It is a quality unit that readily heats to and maintains the desired temperature levels. I use my stove, especially the large burner, daily. This large burner coil has continued to function well for my needs.

Not the right fit for my stove
I *assumed* that stove burners are universal and will fit any stove regardless of brand. I was wrong. I live in an apartment with a Frigidaire stove (electric), and I was surprised to find that the connector wires of this generic burner do not fit. I had to return this burner and order a Frigidaire burner. I gave 3 stars not because there's anything wrong with the burner, but only because it didn't work for me. Essentially, I'm giving myself 3 stars for not checking the brand of my stove before ordering a replacement burner.
