Easy to use and does the trick.
The cups work very well. Once they are fully frozen just set out for a minute or run base under water for a sec to loosen. Works great and holding plastic end keeps the hand from freezing as well. Quickly numbs the area as needed.

IT WORKS.
The key thing to know is that it MAY be difficult to "unlock" the frozen cup, but a little banging will unstick the cups. And, I wore a glove when using because it does get cold. Also, the melting ice does drip as is to be expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Good ice cup
Great reusable product for icing down sore body parts better than my styrafoam cup i keep tearing up. Many reviews complian about the ice getting stuck in the cup. Easy fix rub the cup for about a min on the body part you will be icing down it will warm it up enough to loosen it so u can ice down. Would buy again

Great for icing inflamed areas
Works perfect for its intended use. PT therapist uses and recommended for icing inflamed bicep tendon. As others said, it requires a flat, standalone area in freezer (fine if you have the room) and gets messy as it that's during use, but nothing a large towel under the area you are icing wont solve. For the price and 2x the product, it was well worth it to me..

Very difficult to detach the ice from the plastic.

Works as expected, great product minus the drips!
Product works as expected. I've been using it twice a day for my achilles tendon area. Easy to refill and use. Appreciate that it's a two pack and comes with little cloths for the drips. I'm knocking off one star only because the product needs some sort of catch basin because as soon as the ice starts to melt, water starts to drip all over hand, floor. I make sure there is a big towel underneath the area that I will be icing. Also, when taking out of the freezer put the whole ice cup in a Ramekin and give it a few minutes to defrost a little otherwise it will be challenging trying to separate the ice grip and the freezer cup. If you are considering this product I recommend it. Will make a great gift as well!
