What is the outside diameter of the 1/16 sleeve?

The wire rope stoppers I bought were OD 11/32 and ID 5/32 so if this is relative to your wire you might be able to find out.

What swage setting do you use with the 3/16 stops?

You can use wire rope crimping tool for the stop sleeves.
