Consider before purchasing
The handle was much longer and bigger than I realized it would be. I used the handle once, and it is simple to use and worked with a different brand of dilators. I gave a five star rating because the handle itself was simple and easy to use, nothing wrong with it. However, I found that the handle wasn't necessary, and I could use the dilators on their own comfortably. My money-saver suggestion would be to buy the dilators first and try them out before purchasing the handle.

Not Easy to Use
These are weird. You have a few steps to actually SORT OFF attach them to the device. A waste of money.

Fits amazingly, got confused tho
I'm also told it works great as a handle.

It works; I don’t use it
I bought this, but found that I don’t really need it. I have the dilators, and for the average person, I don’t think the handle is worth buying. If you have mobility issues or have trouble reaching the dilators while using them, then this product might be worth it. I am able to reach the dilators without any issues, so I never even use the handle.

You don't need this unless you can't reach things easily.
It's not really necessary, unless you can't easily reach down there due to your size or a hand/arm issue. The dilators are pretty easy to use on their own.*Edited to add - they did give me a full refund, wow! Excellent customer service, thank you!!!

Not arthritis-friendly
I have arthritis so I ordered this along with the dilators, assuming it would help. Nope. 1) It’s challenging to attach the dilator if you have hand issues. 2) it’s just a long rigid piece of plastic that is like a tail between your legs- so if the reaching *down there* while bending over or on your back is the issue, this really won’t help.

A plus for those who have the matching dilators.
Dilators are a must for the post-op transsexual. The Rose handle works well with Rose dilators. Easy to use and clean. Not like the plastic dilators sold in the 90s, which I used post-op, these are soft and pliable. I use Rose dilators and the handle today during my routine maintenance. Post-Op women understand exactly what I am talking about and pre-ops should be aware of their aftercare.

I recommend the handle without reservation!
This is an amazing addition to the already incredible dilators. It makes the dilators so much easier to use with improved ability to access different parts of the pelvic floor !I recommend the handle without reservation!
