Great little adapter for my MackBook Air that allows me to charge, use a portable scanner and portable printer along with a USB memory stick and HDMI monitor all at once. I own another of these but it stays at work and this one was for travelling. Worth the money.

I already had one like this for my Mac and bought this one for a colleague. It works very well and very useful to extend the limited ports I had on Mac. The HDMI was sometimes getting disconnected, which I think was a combination of Mac and this, since the monitor I use standalone work very well if used via thunderbolt and also on windows, so 4 star. Nonetheless a decent product that serves the purpose especially with card reader and ethernet port.

My main objective when I purchased this USB hub was to replace a laptop docking station.I bought Anker because I have used the brand before and the devices are always of a good quality.Pros:- much smaller footprint- fully functional- good value for moneyCons:- The Hub failed within weeks of arriving, but it was replaced without any fuss and replacement unit is working perfectly. One of the reasons to buy good brands.Bear in mind:- As the Hub takes 20W of power, the power supply that works on your laptop, may not work if plugged through the hub. The 65W original lenovo power brick is enough to power a thinkpad laptop through the hub. However, the PowerAtom III only delivers 45W on PD, so you cannot use the hub to charge.What would I improve:- The USB-C cable coming out is a bit short for my taste. I'd prefer if the hub came with a PD-out port on the hub and a lead you could plug in. This would allow you to replace it with a different length if preferred.- Who needs the card readers? All USB hubs in the market have card readers but very few people need them. It would make more sense to have an additional USB port instead.- I seem to struggle to find a power supply, 100W, with USB-C output that is reasonably compact and priced. I'd love to see something like the PowerAtom III on a 100W version.Conclusion:I can now have all the cables nicely tucked away with a single lead out of the dock into the USB-C port in the laptop and I am very happy
