Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Detailer, 24 Oz

It convinced me after the first application, which was today 3/8/26. Barrett Jackson auction vehicles gets the Meguiars' treatment while in line to sell. Darker colored cars like my burgundy finish looks amazingly beautiful after little time spray and wipe with this detailer marvel. The atomizer applies effectively every trigger pull. I've decades of experience with different vehicles and wax, detailer appearance products, but Meguiars' Ultimate Quick detailer developed in their 125th anniversary year...just perfected the art of shine and show. Best I've ever used!

After using most of a bottle I've changed my opinion and upped from 4 stars to 5. While the detailer does not have the durability of the PTFE polish I used to be able to get it, is so fast and easy to use that I apply it every wash and the cars come out looking great. I am not trying to achieve show winning levels of performance but it's nice to get that new car level of shine, or close to it. The pic is of our 2013 ungaraged Corolla Original Review This is my first use and I can't say I was blown away but there was some extra gloss, The car still had a decent shine after washing left over from the high PTFE content polish / wax last used, which can no longer be purchased. Hunting up possible alternatives I thought this might be part of the solution, the other being the Collinite 845 Wax (also purchased from Amazon) which I didn't have time to try today. I used a light spritz and then wiped with a microfiber towel. It needs to be wiped dry. It did seem to help with some surface particle removal, though not as mush as using a clay bar. Part of my reason for picking this up is to test it as a clay bar lube. I'll have to update that later but it will take a heavier mist than I used today to provide lubrication. Note on the Collinite 845, the reviews I read were mostly positive, the somewhat negative aspect of using it seems to be about 2 days after application swirl marks appear from oils that have beaded to the surface; to solve wash the car again and all good. So if you go with the Collinite, plan in two washings.

I absolutely love this product. It leaves my car with an incredible, long-lasting shine. It’s easy to apply and gives great results. Definitely one of my best purchases, and I would buy it again.

It is easy to apply and has a nice smell. It makes the vehicle looks shiny and makes wiping off dust a bit easier than before.

It's good ol quick detailer and does what it should. I had used it to clean some bugs off the hood and was surprised how well water was still beading up after I washed the car the other day.

This stuff is excellent, I use it literally every time after I wash my car. It really brings out a deep shine, especially on darker colors. It doesn't require a ton of effort either, spray it on a small area, immediately buff it out with a good microfiber cloth, repeat until you've covered the entire vehicle. I've had numerous people ask me what product I'm using when detailing my car. It lasts awhile, too, so it's very good value in my opinion.

This is a great product, I do detail work on the side, and Mcguires has always done a fantastic job on everything I’ve used it on.
