Battery backup is good but only usefull on scalp feels like small baby hands but not usefull on any other body part.

And when the four tiny ones starts functioning they also look amazingly cute.User friendly: the functionalities are user friendly. Very simple to use! The manual however helps to find additional functionalities.The product was charged when received so I could check it immediately. It comes with 2 level speed and can be adjusted as per body part usage by using 2 additional speed modes..Anti-clockwise. I massaged shoulder and believe me it feels so nice and relaxing. My tired shoulders with full day office work must have blessed me for this product 😊Hair massage: hair won't get tangled because of its exclusive design. The massage was like four tiny hands pampering me with love and care.Warrenty: 1 yrNeed to check: the charging longetivity.Overall a good buy and must to have product.I really really loved this product,it is soo easy to use and worth the money.

I ordered this after I tried my Sister’s head massager (same product).But the one I received had very low effect. The one my sister had was of good speed and had nice effect. Mine was very slow .. I thought of returning it since my product still has warra But the problem is that my dog chewed the charging cable. So can’t return the defective Product. Waste of money.

first. i was really skeptical about the product mainly on three things1) legitimacy of the product2) battery life3) qualityRight after seeing this product in amazon and its positive reviews, even i wanted to have one as a scalp masssager as i do night duties i believe a head massage will really do a wonderful job un getring a nice sleep !!!!1) legitimacy :- as soon as i have seen this product, i have went to lifelong website and searched for the item, but didnt find this product in their page and hence contacted the customer care and enquired about the product. they said that this one codenamed LLM225 is their ORIGINAL GENUINE product but they have been selling this through amazon.2) battery :- i used so many electronic head massagers before probably from some chinese or local manufacturers which has the most irritating issue of battery being not long enough or battery dying after few uses. after reading positive reviews about battery life. i've bought it but with a lot of doubt, but to my delight it's been fantastic in battery life like i charged it 1 and half week before dialy massaging 10min yet still its going strong( after 10min it automatically stops and you have it switch ON the button again)5) quality :- doubt of bristles being weak and falling off. even in this they have done a fantastic job by making them with silicone ......hard yet soft, perfect. removable and cleanable !!!!!that's it guys i have received it on 23rd july. till now no issues functioning perfectly.....if you want it please go ahead without further due !!!!!Edit on 29.08.2022, i got few problems related to product as it is unable to maintain the rpm and few knurling sounds are being heard from the device .......suspecting that motor may be at fault, i called service center only to find out if it is out of warranty i.e., one year. There is no provision for any repairs from the company...So reducing it to 3 stars
