Cant beat the price. Big learning curve for bottom assignment, but worth it!
This controller is quite honestly, almost perfect. It works with retroarch, PPSSPP, snes9x. And really any modern mobile video game.I will say that the learning curve for assigning the controls is HUGE. I spent quite a lot of time trying to get this right by following the instructions. To the point that eventually what worked for me was using the options in the app to delete ALL presets for the controller. Then I used the create new preset option and customer the buttons for each individual game app I use (retro arch, ppsspp, etc.)Once I got this done its been smooth sailing ever since. As far as the physical button layout I feel it would have been more comfortable for me if the right stick was swapped with the x,y,a,b buttons. This would make it easier long term for holding the controller and using the retro games that dont require the right stick.Blu tooth has quick response and having the phone crawled in between the controller is great. I have a another controller that holds the phone above it and it is not comfortable at all. This one here is way better. All in all, awesome controller and no regrets buying it.

Garbage Product. Don't Waste Your Money (Tested with iOS & Android)
TLDR: Just don't buy it.I have an iPhone 7 Plus that this controller works extremely well with. However, it’s advertised that it works with android, but I have not gotten it to work whatsoever. I’ve tried hundred of times to pair it to my device, and although it connects, the app won’t recognize it or let me do any customizing. None of the buttons work even though it’s connected. I have an Asus ROG phone 2 that’s amazing for gaming, and I wanted a controller to take it to the next level.I honestly have half a mind to request my money back and claim false advertisement. This thing does not work with android at all.UPDATE 4/22/2020It used to work well with my iPhone, but now it doesn't work at all.It wasn't until I updated my iPhone to iOS 13.4.1 that it stopped working completely, and because I don't use their horrible app that much I had no idea that 13.4.1 was completely incompatible. So now basically this thing sits in a drawer collecting dust. Ipega is trash. Do not buy.UPDATE 5/1/2020I flashed my Asus ROG Phone 2 and have fully converted it into the WW version hoping that it would solve my problems with the controller. No, it did not. Now that my device is flashed the controller finally connects and the Game Mapping app works to A VERY VERY LIMITED degree.First of all, X-input mode is supposed to make this function like any other standard Bluetooth controller, but EVERY game I tried supports controllers BARELY worked. For instance, in X-input mode, Call of Duty Mobile doesn't even recognize the device (or that it's even connected) so needless to say it doesn't work with that game.Modern Combat Versus I can move around with the left stick - THAT's ALL.Terrarria I can move around with the left stick and I believe the D-Pad kinda works (maybe at most - more than likely only the left stick - so again, this controller doesn't work with this game either). Finally, the biggest downside - the button mapping just doesn't work.I tested all of these games not only in standard X-input mode, but I also button mapped configurations for them along with other popular games (Black Desert Mobile, Shadowgun Series, Battle Prime, Warface, etc...). I found that in every FPS game, you can only move one stick at a time. In other words I couldn't move my character around the map while also controlling the camera and vice versa. In fact, most buttons will only only you to press them one at a time.So back to COD Mobile, for example, if i mapped the controls, I couldn't look while moving, couldn't move while looking, couldn't shoot while moving, couldn't throw a grenade while moving, etc.You can see the problem now.And as for the other non-FPS games, it's the same problem - I can only press one button at a time.So do yourself a favor and don't buy this garbage product.

Decent
The Good:Buttons all work nicely and it's a fully-featured controller. It has L1/L2/R1/R2 and the sticks can be pushed in for additional buttons. For FPS, that right stick being on top is great. I own a switch and other phone controllers, and there's nothing worse than the cramp your hand gets playing FPS with those controllers from trying to use a lower stick on a tiny controller, especially with bigger hands. ABXY on the bottom is fine because they don't require me needing precision to click them, unlike aiming.Inputs register the same as an Xbox controller. This means it's fully compatible with XCloud right out of the box. XCloud doesn't yet support any sort of button mapping. I ran into the issue with another controller where everything but the triggers registered the same way as an Xbox controller, but there was no way to configure the controllers to get them working. I can use this to play Halo on my phone, along with all the other titles XCloud has.The Bad:Doesn't follow USB specification. This is immediately apparent if you try using a USB-C wall charger that takes a USB-C to USB-C cable instead of a USB-C to USB-A cable. This controller simply isn't compatible with USB-C chargers unless USB-A is at the other end. I've ran into this multiple times with cheap USB-C products. Absolutely horrible and cheap.I'm not sure who's trying to use this for a giant tablet, but I would have much rather the closed size be smaller and fully extended size only get to 7 inches. It's less portable because of this, so much so that my 6-inch phone almost fits into the opening without even extending the controller first.A way to charge your phone with the right-controller attached would have been nice. This thing feels hollow/empty enough that I think they could have put a small opening through it as they did with the trigger attachment option. I may end up trying to do this myself.
