The Convoluted Universe: Book One (The Convoluted Universe series) Paperback – November 1, 2001

This is a fascinating collection of hypnotic regressions conducted and reported by Dolores Cannon. Her subjects were people who had physical, psychological, relational and/or spiritual questions. Cannon started out expecting she would be helping people by regressing them to earlier times in their lives when they had experienced traumas that were contributing to their current life issues. By helping them remember and clear their earlier traumas, Cannon was able to help them clear many of the issues in their current lives.To her great surprise, many people also reported phenomena that she herself was not familiar with, including past lives on earth and otherplanets; encounters with extraterrestrial beings; experiences in lives on other planets; interventions by spirit guides and angelic beings;and between-life experiences as discarnate beings.Although she was at first skeptical about many of these reports, she found that people were often profoundly transformed through the information received during these hypnotic sessions. She was certain she herself had not suggested them because many had been unfamiliar to her.Gradually, she cam to accept that these reports were of real experiences. These were transformative, in ways similar to the transformations experienced by people undergoing current life regressions. More convincingly, numbers of different people reported similar experiences in regressions she facilitated at different times, in different geographic locations and in people who were totally unfamiliar with each other.Examples:• A woman who is driving at night misses a turnoff and pulls into a cul-de-sac to turn around and a white light shining from above the car draws her upward, out of the car. She experiences herself as a being of light. She is transported to another world, which is vaguely familiar to her. Gradually, she comes to realize she had lived there before and that she was sent to planet earth to gather information. (p. 116-131)• Several people reported past lives in Atlantis. They claimed that extraterrestrials, guided by a galactic council, had helped this group of humans to develop their psychic abilities and had taught them to use various forms of energy (that are not in use today within conventional science). This accelerated them into an advanced civilization. Misuses of these energies led to collapse of Atlantis. This left collective trauma memories in the consciousness of humanity.• Animal transpersonal awareness tends to be more of a collective consciousness than an individual transpersonal consciousness.• There are animals living underground, of which humans have no knowledge.• We are seriously limited by our disbeliefs. Our karmic self “determines what distractions we hold onto.” (p. 297) These limitations are chosen by our karmic self in order to provide and enhance life lessons.• Verbal language limits our understandings and beliefs about the world. “...by putting a word on something vast and limitless and without sharp edges, we tend to narrow those highways.” (p. 298)• “It’s really not necessary to eat anything. The globe that we live upon is living in a living plasma. In this plasma are all elements necessary for life. This is beyond what we think of as air, water, light. But suffice it to say, that all necessary nutrients exits in an invisible form allover the Earth. The problem is that this plasma is affected by thought and by actual physical pollutions, and in many parts of the globe is no longer pure. What you call “extraterrestrials” need not physically eat. They can receive from the cosmos plasma, unpolluted, undistorted life force.” (p. 300)• Under hypnotic trance, people can access the future as well as the past. Numbers of people see scenes in which life as we know it currently on earth is ending or has ended.• Numbers of hypnotic subjects reported experiences that did not involve life on other planets but rather in alternate universes. There they had experiences on a planet earth that was in a few or in many details significantly different from their experiences on the planet earth we recognizeas our own today.There can always be questions about hypnotic regressions being the creations of fantasy or of the hypnotist’s subtle or obvious suggestions. However, many of Cannon’s subjects reported similar observations that surprised her. The subjects with overlapping stories had no knowledge of each other and made their reports at totally different times – often years apart. Cannon herself found at first that many of these stories were difficult to believe.The process of uncovering these reports was usually healing for problems that the subjects presented to Cannon– as occurs with hypnotic regressions to traumatic events in people’s current lives and in their past lives within living memory. There is no one like Dolores Cannon! Dolores Cannon is a pioneer in my field, Hypnotherapy, and also in the field of publishing, and in the field of disseminating knowledge and truth. Dolores blows the lid off what we were erroneously sold as history, and what we have grown to believe about ourselves as humans, Earthlings, mortals, three dimensional, and more!Most readers have worked their way up from her books on Nostradamus, Jesus, and more.I found my way in, a little backwards. One progressive teacher at my hypnotherapy school was reading this enormous tome, by Dolores. Then I kept seeing a book with a big black and white Alien on it's cover, "The Custodians," on the shelf at my Friend's studio, at Alien Movie Night! One day I went online, to www.amazon.com, and I started reading about Dolores' more far out books. I ordered a big bunch of these, as if my soul mandated it. I ordered "Starcrash," and "The Custodians" and "Between Death and Life," and "The Convoluted Universe Books One, Two and Three." This is not normal protocol for me. As I said, it was more like I was guided, summonsed... called. Now I know I was. I would say it is part of my soul contract. I started reading some of the UFO centered books of her regression sessions.Yet once I picked up "Convoluted Universe Book One, there was no turning back. I ordered some of Dolores' books for the hostess of our starseed movie community. Then I sent my Dad my copy of Convoluted, Book One, with a million pastel highlights and references.What happened is I started shifting into accessing these levels and content, as DOlores does, just by way of being exposed to what she was doing, in my own Hypnotherapy practice, in Santa Fe, NM. Later I heard Dolores explain, that "They" told her, during her sessions, that simply having her books on the shelf, shifts people. Some of my clients shifted from karmic past life clearing, to multi dimensional, high vibrational life expressions, and off planet life regressions, and even to downloading gifts, frequencies, and knowing from other aspects of their self!While still on a relatively tight budget, my infinite self, somehow got me to a Dolores Cannon training. I figured, as I am advertising myself as a Starseed Hypnotherapist, I want to train at the feet of my most beloved, and inspiring pioneer! Now I understand, a bit more, of how, on interviews and DVD lectures, she always seems to loose her train of thought, giving way to the high energies, brought together by the group. I must say the whole weekend worked me over good. I came back shifted, and still shifting.So I would highly recommend this series, of three, soon to be four books, "The Convoluted Universe," by Dolores Cannon."In these books she goes from one client, whom she calls "Phillip" at first seeing only cartoon characters, in the trance state, suddenly plummeting into memories of a lonely lifetime, disembodied, helping form the atmosphere to make Earth inhabitable. One woman recalls being an Egyptian Goddess. This book contains all the information, that Dolores deemed too far out, for the earlier times. She says "If you want your mind bent like a pretzel, then read my books The Convoluted Universe.I also recommend listening to her lectures and interviews, and in Book Four, she will share the discoveries, many trance subjects have expressed, of how there came three waves of volunteers, starting before and around the late 1940's, who were called in to help the kids on Earth, before we blew ourselves up!Many of us, myself included, relate deeply to all the feelings, and shock towards humanity's ways, as we embody here. It is all amazing, and rings true, more than any other research I have read, and divinely aligns with authors and wayshowers, including Barbara Marciniak, Dr. Brian Weiss, Rasha, David Wilcock, Mary Rodwell, Patricia Cori, Ken Carey, Robert Schwartz, Almine, and Sonia Barrett, among others.Dolores reminds us that the adventure is never ending, and that, as it turns out, we play a much larger role, that any of us has been originally taught.If we are infinite, multidimensional and more, then why don't we consciously remember all the details?Dolores always smiles, when she reminds us, "It wouldn't be a test, if we knew all the answers!" Still her books provide more of the answers than most of us have ever been exposed to, at least in this dimension!If you are drawn and awakened by the truths in these books, then you are likely one of us, "a volunteer!" I've read the series 1-4 and you don't have to go in order reading them . They are mind benders. Everything you knew but never would say a word because people would think you are nuts. I am a stargazer and have studied the bible and the psychic energies. I am a Starseed . And always have been . Im also an empath with visual aquity as well . If you fall in these areas you will love these series. The books are written in small chapters and at first I left them in the bathroom for quick reads. After Book 1, I went on to 2 and I think its the better than book 1 and I love book 4 as well. I liked them so much that after purchasing the set I bought it on Kindle also. You can read them at night as you dose off as well. Its not heavy ready its fun to read and imagine the lives of the people giving the readings. The people hypnotized are special in that they belong to a small percentage of the population and can be put under so deeply that they become the subject they are viewing. She gives reading from people on space ships as well. And surprisingly, at first i thought it was just entertainment but as the years went on I was seeing the things the readers said come true. The aliens liked Deloris because she had a motherly way about her and was very gentle and caring and did not want to ruffle feathers. As I watch the world I see what I learned in her books happening. It worked for me. I have researched interdimensions in video also and seen the things she talked about as well in black on black 700x focus into the black night. They were life changing for me. I loved the woman she was so genuine.
