The Complete Book of Dragons: A Guide to Dragon Species (How to Train Your Dragon)

Si te gustan las películas de "cómo entrenar a tu dragón", es una excelente opción. Se lo compré a mis hijos y ellos lo han disfrutado, el texto esta en inglés y les ayuda a adquirir vocabulario. Tiene muchos dibujos, lo cual es entretenido para los más pequeños. Los datos curiosos de los protagonistas y los dragones despiertan su curiosidad y su imaginación. Los materiales del libro son de buena calidad y resistentes a la manipulación de los niños. Me encantó!

My child is a How To Train Your Dragon fan and this book was begged for for Christmas. She absolutely devoured it and reread it several times. She enjoyed adding it to her Dragon Bookshelf. I highly recommend it for any other HTTYD fans.

Great gift idea

My 5 year old son is obsessed with the How to Train Your Dragon movies. He loved looking at all the different dragons and their fun facts.

This is a thick book and the quality of it is very nice. My son is obsessed with the movies, so I ordered this. We have only read the first book in the series. Perhaps there is no Night Fury in the books because this book didn’t have one. My son was hoping to learn more info about Toothless and was a bit disappointed. That isn’t the reason for 4 stars though. There are many dragons in this book, I guess we were hoping for a bit more info on each one. Every dragon shows numerical ratings and the sections are arranged by type, but there isn’t too much of a description for each one, and it’s a bit tricky to find the exact dragon you’re looking for. We are keeping the book bc my son does enjoy looking through it and the drawings are kind of cool.

Well received gift

Y 9 y/o grandaughter n i were delighted w this showcase book.Authors imagination Absolutely positively wonderful. Highly recommend this book + whole series. Made great Christmas gift!

Got it for our 4-yr old, who has recently graduated to Dragons. We took him to see Train Your Dragons 2 in theatre recently, and this book was like a gift from heaven for him... nothing less would have satisfied his curiosity. The book is spot on - just the right page size and weight for little hands to hold on to, with thicker-than-regular pages so that a toddler won't tear it everytime he tries to turn the pages... and the overall build and look and feel is very sturdy. The content quality is also very nice, and quite impressive.Definitely recommended for any child into dragons. Ties in wonderfully with the Dragons storyline, including the few episodes available on Netflix. Our son has not yet started watching the Defenders of Berk series on CN, but I don't have any doubts whatsoever this will fit in nicely with that as well.
